設備の整ったキッチンには、製氷機、電子レンジ、食器洗い機、洗濯機と乾燥機を備えたランドリーエリアがあります。 その他の機能には、9フィートの天井、天井ファン、セントラルヒーティングとエアコン、ジェットバス付きの大きなマスターバス、独立したガラス密閉シャワー、ダブルバニティ、たくさんのクローゼットスペースがあります。

Amazing place with beautiful views!

Our family loved every minute of our stay here! The location was excellent and the views can’t be beat! The condo was very clean and spacious! We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was recently renovated and was very comfortable. The elevator was out for two days which I know was not the fault of the owner but when you book a condo on the 14th floor you expect to have working elevators. This really restricted our going out and enjoying. They offered a refund at the time of the elevators but we had no where else to go and they did not offer to help us find an available place to stay. We had a working washing machine for two days until it flooded the condo. The washing machine would not cut off my husband had to cut the water supply off to the machine. Water was standing on the floor all the way in the dinining area. We were up til after midnight sweeping and mopping all the water into the exterior hallway of the condo . We put our own fans on the floor and used all our towels to try and keep the floor intact. . The host of the property would not return call/text until the next day. He stated he left his phone in the truck overnight. He did have someone to bring us some more towels but the washer was broken the remainder of the vacation and I therefore had to return home with dirty closes. I asked for a partial refund. I offered to pay for the two nights we actually had all the amenities that were advertised and the cleaning and parking fee. I was told that was unreasonable and only a refund of 1000.00 would be given. He is no longer returning text and it looks like I am not getting any refund. The host of this condo is terrible.

what a wonderful property! easy check-in, friendly staff, beautiful apartment with the perfect view. Spacious with all rhe right amenities. We will definitely keep this property in mind for any future trips to the gulf!

Perfect Spring Break getaway!!

This condo is beautifully remodeled and so clean. Wonderful views from the 14th floor made this the perfect spring break getaway for my little family! We love Seachase and this condo did not disappoint!

Beautiful Condo & Location

Gorgeous, newly renovated condo at SeaChase. Would stay again and host was thorough for check-in process and responsive to any questions. Love OBA and SeaChase.

Enjoyed our stay

Overall, nicely remodeled condo and we enjoyed our stay. The SeaChase location is great! Somewhat limited kitchen supplies and no hair dryer present. Contacted owner about hair dryer. While responsive, the need was basically ignored so we purchased our own. Not a big deal, but a small nuisance.

Overall the place was as stated on the website listing. The unit was lacking kitchen equipment. I was NOT pleased with my husband paying 70 dollars for a parking pass and being questioned about why our family was in two cars. When you travel with 2 teen girls and a pre teen, the packing is a lot. But, there arent many families of 5 who travel in one car anyways. We stay in OBA/Perdido many times a year and have never been denied 2 parking passes much less had to pay more than 10 dollars. The parking is awful, my husband is currently having back issues waiting for surgery, but each time we left we had to park 2 buildings over up the ramp which is inconvenient.There were no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch either. Ice maker stopped working the last day, i did get it to run before we left. Lastly, one patio chair was missing bolts and my husband went to sit in the chair, it gave away from the base and landed on his back. Luckily he wasnt hurt. Other than these inconveniences, the location is nice and close to many things, the main pool was a hit for the kids and the unit was renovated nicely and we enjoyed our stay

Thank you for your response, the parking passes/prices are approved and enforced by the board/HOA over the complex. I am sorry they questioned you and I will make a complaint to the security manager.

Nice condo with newer updates to kitchen and bathrooms. The full oversized shower was much nicer than a spa tub. The closet also had beach chairs and an umbrella. The unit was clean overall, but the light-colored couches are quite stained.However, despite having an air fryer, there was limited kitchen supplies to make food with. There was no hair dryer in either bathroom. Also, the door uses a physical key instead of an electronic lock which is unusual for this location.Overall, a good unit with a great view at Seachase. This is a nice condo and would be 5 stars if some of the basics were addressed.

We have stayed at Sea Chase condos for many years now and have always had great experiences. This one was no different. The condo was beautifully furnished with high end finishes. There was a bit of an issue with the washing machine, and the host was extremely quick to respond and even sent out maintenance same day, even on the weekend. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

This property is beautiful. It is clean, well maintained, and comfortable.

We have been visiting Orange Beach for many years, and this property is the best (by far) that we have used. I highly recommend this property- the owner maintained excellent communication and helped us with a few minor questions. Highly recommend! 5 stars out of 5!

Perfect Condo at Orange Beach

The property manager Adam was extremely helpful from the start. He is excellent at communicating from the time of expressing interest in the property through end of the stay. We loved this condo! The check in and out process was simple and well organized. It was clean, cozy, and so well decorated and well kept. It was the perfect place to stay for our family of 4, including a toddler and infant. We will absolutely hope to stay here during our next trip to Orange Beach!

Easter at the beach

We had a great stay. It was our first time staying at any SeaChase condo. The grounds were perfect for my family. My kids loved all the pool options. We liked how it wasn’t too crowded and the staff on property was very friendly. The unit we stayed in was perfect! Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed the condo, it was very comfy and cozy. The owner/property manager was incredibly quick to respond to all my questions or concerns. I will definitely look in to renting the unit again for future beach trips.

Perfect stay at SeaChase

This is our 3rd time staying at these condos, SeaChase, and this was the easiest and most straightforward booking we have ever had. Owner was responsive and transparent. Condo was exactly as described online. There was one set of curtains in the 2nd bedroom that fell the first night we arrived, but there were still blinds that provided privacy so it was not a problem for us. We had a wonderful week together here as a family and would absolutely book this listing again.

We love the sea chase and have stayed in this suite 3 times. The suite needs updated bad but had everything we needed and it is a little cheaper than most so we stay here.

Nice condo

We arrived at 3:30 and the condo was not cleaned yet, that was a pretty big disappointment after a really long drive to get there. Called and they got it taken care of by 5:30, but seemed to be a rushed cleaning job and left trash in our unit. Overall the location and condo was nice, I was a little surprised we didn't have some basic cleaning items like dish soap or trash bags. I strongly suggest updating the key/lock to a keypad for convenience. The ice maker was a great feature. The view is amazing!!! Overall a nice property and would stay here again.
