Condo was roomy & comfortable -great view! However, owners may want to consider a different cleaning company as the pillowcases & bed spread looked dirty. Counter tops were sticky but I think that is due to the coating on top of them. Behind doors in bathrooms the floors were dirty. Exhaust in guest bath doesn’t work & nor the one over the stove. We enjoyed our stay though!! We appreciated that the condo had plenty of toilet paper & towels & the starter pack with dish liquid & sponge. The bath tubs were clean & the floors in the main areas. The fridge was clean & had PLENTY of ice! Thank you for sharing your condo with us! Ps-it would be nice if there wasn’t a charge for parking. We stayed in the Phoenix’s for years & this was the first time we had to pay for parking for just one vehicle.

Quiet get-away

We stayed for a weekend, 2 weeks before Christmas, and the whole building was pretty much empty. We only saw a few other guests the whole time. The condo itself is a little outdated, but it was clean, cozy, and quiet. The bed was comfortable, the showers hot, and although the tv's were small, they were reliable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location

The short walk to the beach is everything when you’re toting toddlers and an infant. We absolutely loved our stay! The beach is just an elevator ride away. We loved the pool and splash pad as well. The balcony was perfect for having meals with a gorgeous backdrop. My family totally enjoyed the stay.

Ok condo

So this LITTLE condo needs a little tlc. We enjoyed the pool the beach and location. I would honestly suggest a different curtain for the master bedroom, maybe something with a dark out option ( the sun beaming through makes room 5degress warmer). Update the light fixtures especially the guest room as the fan is starting the droup.

Property was in a great location and right on the beach. The unit itself needs some updating. The hall bathroom tub didn’t drain well and wasn’t very clean.

Good stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was good for the days we were there. However, there were a few things we noticed. The door knob on the guest bedroom felt like it was going to fall off. The shower liner in the guest bath needs replaced. (Looks like mold) The recliner in living room seems a bit dirty. *also, it needs to be noted that the washer and dryer does not run at same time and it was a bit inconvenient.

Fall break trip

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was as shown. Everything was clean except for some sand we picked up on our feet from the floor but I’m not sure all the sand can ever be completely gone. We were made aware of the construction which did not cause much of an issue. Really only noticed the extra wait time for the elevator when they closed one down. Be sure to bring extra blankets. There was only one extra and the sheets were very thin. Overall we were very happy with our stay. Communication with Vacasa was great.

It was clean. It was comfortable. But all tvs did not work and some receptacles did not work. I would however request this unit again. BUT because I couldn’t bring my small dog I left earlier than what I paid for so I Will probably look for another unit in another complex that is dog friendly.

Property was in a great location but when we arrived there were no sheets on one of the beds and the mattress cover had stains. Called, emailed and texted finally brought sheets on the second day. Half the outlets in the didn’t work. King bed had severe dips in the mattress. Overall unit didn’t look or feel clean Unit definitely needs and upgrade!!! But again, can’t complain about the location!

Not worth over $500 a night

The accomodations were not clean. We filled a dustpan with sand when we first arrived. The kitchen counters were stained with something red and were so sticky that whatever you put down stuck to it. One of us got up from the recliner with sand covering the back of her legs. We did not call maintenance about this mess because once you have traveled more than 4 hours, you don't want to spend time waiting for someone to do what should already have been done before your arrival. This is a condo with a teeny tiny kitchen. There is no snack bar as in most places. The mattress on the king-sized bed is unusable. When one gets onto the bed, you fall into a deep "ditch." The larger bed also had stains which looked like blood on the sheets. The front bedroom is illuminated at night by the lights in the outside corridor. Sun blocking curtains are needed in both bedrooms. I have paid over $500 a night for a place but it was definitely "five-star."

Disappointed Guests

As a guest we were very disappointed upon our arrival to find there were no warm welcoming beach vibes as this is my home away from home for a few days. I had to text for a spread or comforter for the master bedroom, hot water faucet handle in master bath fell off in my hand, 2nd bedroom door knob very loose and could fall off, laundry light was either shot or didn’t work at all, door stop kept falling down every time went out door, keypad didn’t work properly, had to input several times before would unlock, only one fork in kitchen utensil drawer, kitchen counter tops are sticky from what they covered then with, wall outlets need to be updated, some didn’t work and some wouldn’t hold a charger due to the outlet so big and would just fall out, and upon leaving a large roach ran across the living room floor. Yes, someone wanted to spray one morning and we wouldn’t let them due to the odor, this needs to be done in between cleanings and not when guests are there. This is a condo unit that needs to have some major TLC with more beach decor and just going through and seeing what all needs to be done. Needs major upgrading because what I paid, I expect not to have to be texting every little bit of the findings to keep from not being responsible for the next guests who arrived and deals with it as well. The only great thing I can say was the beachfront/ocean front view
