Beachside Condo with Gorgeous Gulf Views and Private Beach Access!!!!

Harbour Place is a smaller condo so you don't have to fight the crowds at the pool and beach! Our front door is accessed through an interior hallway which provides an element of safety.

Our condo has ceramic tile throughout and is open and inviting. The kitchen is equipped is all the conveniences of home including both a full size coffee pot and a Keurig. There is also a brand new stackable washer and dryer to keep those beach towels clean and ready to go!

The master offers a king size bed with en suite bathroom and large screen tv. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with access to the second bathroom and the sofa in the living room is a futon that can accommodate two. As you step onto the large balcony, you will be greeted with the best gulf breeze, the calming sound of the waves and gorgeous side views of the Gulf of Mexico.

If you don't feel like cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or using the gas or charcoal grills, you can simply walk across the street to Lartigue's for some of the gulfs best steamed seafood! We are also within five minutes of grocery stores and souvenir shops.

Check in process easy! Kitchen/bathrooms a bit outdated but worked perfectly for us! The couch is very uncomfortable but we were at the beach most of the time.

It was ok.

Communication was excellent! Beach was close and nice. The condo was nice but needs a deep clean. The sheets don’t fit the beds and come off numerous times during the night. The refrigerator froze food while the freezer thawed it. The elevators were sketchy to say the least. We had fun but probably won’t be back.

Great stay on Orange Beach!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo. Great location! It was easy to access the beach and pool area but much quieter and more peaceful than other big resorts. The room was exactly as described. We greatly enjoyed our week at Orange Beach!

Great location and place to rest between activities

We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the number of beds from our family of four! It’s an older condo that had good features that suited our vacation needs.

Fall Beach Trip

Great little place to stay

We really enjoyed our trip. The ease of going to the pool and beach was great! We prefer something smaller like this than a larger resort. Less busy and more laid back for our family.

Great spot for family of 4!

This was a great location and perfect sized condo for our family of four. The beds were very comfortable and we loved being right on the beach. We were in town to play baseball so the price was affordable for this travel baseball family.

Great location

We very much enjoyed staying here. The location was great and it was quiet. We loved eating out on the balcony in the morning and evenings. The beach accessories were a nice touch since we had flown in. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Little Condo on the Beach

I loved our stay! This condo was well furnished, the kitchen had everything we could have needed, and it was super cute. A few steps to the beautiful beach- our entire family had a wonderful time.

Beach Time

Loved our stay! It had exactly what we needed to treat it like a home away from home. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty towels and amenities! Will definitely stay in 408 again!

The place was nice, great location.

We enjoyed our stay, we love orange beach! Overall it was good, I would have loved to have a tv in the twin bedroom because kids watch TV and it would make sense. Happy with the stay overall

Great place

Harbor place was a great place to stay! The proximity to the beach was so nice, and I love that the condo is a smaller size so you didn’t have to fight the crowd for a spot at the beach or pool. I loved that the owner provided so many beach toys and an umbrella as we are from Missouri and didn’t want to buy any we wouldn’t use again. 10/10 place!

Great Room and good view

Everything was just as described. The owner was great at responding. We came at the end of May and are returning in July. It was a great place to stay!! It wasn’t too busy at all with anything we did. Thanks to Angela for being so sweet!

Stayed for a week for softball Nationals.

The location was very nice and close to everything. The walk to beach was close. The elevators were very dirty and one was broke for part of our stay. The door to balcony was very hard to open.

Perfect beach location with beautiful views

We loved our stay and had the best time. We walked the beach each morning and found tons of shells and watched the sunset every night! The kids loved having there own room/ bathroom and twin beds. They loved the heated indoor outdoor pool and hot tub. The washer and dryer came in handy as we were at the beach and pool daily. This condo is in the perfect location for lots of restaurants and actives to enjoy and with in about 15/20 mins of Orange Beach or to Foley for more dinning and shopping. You will have to check out the Warf and OWA amusement park/water park and if you like pizza The Brick Oven in Foley is a must! We will definitely book again and we highly recommend.

Great Room and location

Loved our stay and would definitely come back! The beds were so comfortable! I would say it sleeps 5 comfortably as the futon isn’t very big. It would be better if there were a table to eat at on the balcony but there was one in the grilling area. Loved that they had gas and charcoal grills for guest to use. We cooked on them nearly every day. Loved our property manager as she made sure we had everything we needed. FYI they are very strict on parking so make sure you put your parking pass in your car right away. Parking passes are left on kitchen counter.

Not So Hot!

There was food stains on the counter tops. Sand still all over the floor. Toilet wouldn't flush properly. Sheets were not big enough for the bed. Very slippery in the tub. Would pass this listing up again if I were to see it...

Rock hard fouton/couch

Needs an overall deep cleaning and updating. As we sat almost on the ground on the deck and looked around at other decks with great furniture we wondered if the insides were just as nice. On the deck there were 2 small tables that had totally rusted edges and legs, rust pieces all over. I could go on about the inside, but just saying it was very disappointing for what we paid is enough. We have been vacation renters for approx 15 years and never have I written a review like this.

Great choice for families!

LOVED this property. It's a bit further down Orange Beach towards Gulf Shores, but IMO that's fantastic because it cuts down on the busy street traffic. The host was extremely responsive to any questions/requests and went above & beyond to offer little extras to get your stay started. We were provided with starter amounts of paper goods and soaps, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies/dishes, there was an air mattress in the closet, and there was a ton of stuff to use at the beach like chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, noodles, etc. The beds were comfortable, and the unit was very clean. The unit doesn't "face" the ocean, but there is a limited view from the balcony. The property has ~15-20 covered parking spaces, a small indoor/outdoor pool, and a private boardwalk to the beach. The building itself is older, but is well maintained and includes 2 elevators. If I had to complain about something, it would be the fitted sheets for the master bedroom. There is a topper on the mattress, but aren't using deep pocket sheets, so the sheet constantly slips off while you're sleeping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and are hoping to rent again next year!

Our family has been visiting Orange Beach since 2003. We love to travel and no matter where we go, our hearts continue to call us back to OBA! There is always something to do, the beaches are beautiful and the people are friendly.

We stayed at Harbour Place one time with friends and loved the small size which meant not having to fight for a space near the pool or on the beach. We also loved the interior hallways to enter the condo which offers an extra level of security since we have young kids. And lastly, it's right on the beach!!!!!!
