Great family place in the mountains

This property fit our needs perfectly. Plenty of space fir our family of 5, stocked with the essentials though there is a grocery store nearby. The clubhouse was great with friendly staff. There’s plenty to do in Fraser and the surrounding area. Those that want to nitpick over little things - it just reads like some bougie b.s. our family had a great time here and it kept our whole trip on budget.

Needs some updates

The owner gave some fairly clear directions on how to find the property. Unfortunately, arriving at night was a problem. First, the building number was not visible from the road, so I needed to guess and second, the light outside the unit was burned out. Not a good way to start. The condo hasn't seen any updates in a long time. Carpet in the bathrooms around toilets is disgusting.

Nice two bedroom

Great location for our plans-between Winter Park Ski Resort and Hot Sulphur Springs. Inside is dated, but clean and furnished appropriately for its size. Heating system could be improved, but we just adjusted until comfortable. Overall, a great place for a family while exploring the area.

A Disappointment

The list of things wrong with this property is long, but the biggest complaint is with the unscrupulous owner. We asked to add a night at the beginning of our stay, and after a lengthy silence, the owner finally said we could add a night, but doubled the price for the extra night. When I questioned the increase, the owner dropped the price some, but did not match the original daily price. As for the condition of the property, there were light bulbs burned out throughout the condo, leaving virtually every room dark. Light switches did not work. There was a large pile of ashes in the fireplace. There was mold in the kitchen waste basket. The refrigerator did not get cold, even though we checked the setting, and the freezer was cold. The closet in the master bedroom was full of paint cans, a ladder, supplies, Christmas decorations, a sled... We could not use the closet. The foam topper on the bed in the master bedroom was an attempt to cover up how terrible the mattress was, but it was not enough to make up for the bad mattress. We found pills under the coffee table in the living room - obviously if the room was vacuumed, nothing was moved in the process. The kitchen counters were sticky to the touch when we arrived. Overall, this property was a disappointment.

We are sorry to hear that however we wish you would have communicated with us during your stay. There are several points that should be addressed here. First, the initial quote to add a night was sent in error and I immediately replied with the correct quote. It may have seemed like more than our posted daily rate as it included VRBO fees and taxes. Second, we take pride in the cleanliness of our condo and we have a great cleaning service that typically does a great job. We have received a great deal of feedback confirming this. If you were dissatisfied we could have made arrangements to have them re-clean the condo. Third, the closet you mentioned is our owners storage/utility closet where we keep various personal items. We do have additional closet space in the other room along with ample dresser space for your clothing. Finally, the refrigerator has been fixed but had no idea this was an issue as it was never communicated to us.

Early Summer Weekend Getaway

This condo was an absolutely wonderful rental!! Everything about it was awesome!! From being close to shopping to getting to use the clubhouse, complete with hot tubs, a swimming pool and a great gym area, this condo is 100% a GREAT choice!

If youre looking for quiet n sleep look elsewhere

I stayed 4 nights and couldnt sleep a wink. Very thin walls. You can hear the toilet flush above and every foot step. also the neighbors (residents) were obnoxious frat brats that were belligerantly drunk and throwing n smashing glass bottles into the street as well as urinating onto the sidewalks from their balcony. 3 of the 4 nights. The property is fine but its impossible to sleep.

Great place for skiing!

Great little place for a ski trip! The fireplace was an added bonus! We loved the hot tub but you do have to make a reservation. We would stay again!

We had a nice stay at this property. Our only suggestions would be to clarify that the washer and dryer are not located in the condo but at the clubhouse.

Easy to find, code on lock was easy. Very clean, beds were comfy. Nice showers & tubs,plenty towels.

We love Fraser, our daughter lives here with her husband & twins who just turned 5, we were here for their birthday. We had lots of fun, I would recommend if anyone goes here in the summer should check out Fraser's, Saturday Rodeo! Such a treat, those little model's trying to ride the lambs was so funny. We also enjoyed the Winter Park music in the park! Awesome time they a Pink Floyd tribute band, which sounded just like Pink Floyd! Also the George town train loop was an interesting part of history on a Train of the old days. This was our third trip here. This VRBO was easy an fast replies from owners ( Nick and Katie Sixta ) Thank you, Nick & Katie.
