The bunk room sleeps four comfortably (twin over a full bed bunk and a twin trundle underneath) and includes its own TV, giving it a fun “private movie room” vibe. A full bath with a tub sits right outside. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower, and even a pull-down desk with a mounted monitor—perfect for anyone who needs a quiet workspace during their stay.

Just a short walk (or quick drive) away is the clubhouse, with parking right up front. Provided for you are towels, puddle jumpers, goggles, showers, swimsuit dryers, sports equipment, and a full gym. Outside, a heated year-round pool and two large in-ground hot tubs offer the perfect luxury after a busy day on the mountain.

As is typical for mountain homes, this property does not have air conditioning. We provide two large fans, and evenings here cool down nicely thanks to the elevation.

Please note, our HOA does not allow dogs for guests. But, we as owners bring our dog when we occasionally use the condo. Although we always complete a thorough cleaning you may find a stray dog hair.
