Had a blast with the littles at the pools and the ocean was convenient to get to with all the beach toys and things. Room was as pictured and described. Overall satisfied.

I loved the fact that you didn't have to worry about checking in at the front desk. The room was super cute. We didn't have any issues. Plenty of towels were left for us and extra pillows and linen. TVs were a great size in the room, water pressure in the shower was great. Loved the little walk-in closet space by the bathroom and also a little hide-away spot behind to entry door to help keep suitcases and things out of the way. The only thing needing work is the sliding glass door. It's a bit janky and could use to fixing. You only get 1 parking pass for this unit so we had to pay to park another care elsewhere. I must have missed that in the booking description. The parking deck is small and overflow parking is across the street. When you get too many cars coming into the main one it does cause a huge jam because their is no where to turn around at the top. Overall it was a great stay for us.

The location is great.

The room had a slight smell of something, as well as there were items behind and under the bath bathroom sink. Other than that everything was ok.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable, clean, and attractive. The balcony was the perfect place for morning coffee. And we loved the pool-to-beach area with showers and food carts to purchase drinks and snacks. The only negative is that the carpet on the balcony stayed wet. But that really wasn't even a big deal after we got our socks wet once. I spoke with Linda on a few occasions, and she was super helpful and friendly.

Location was great and clean but the speakers being brought the pool area and was blasting was uncalled for and having to go another office to check in 30 minutes away from place is ridiculous and then not having blankets until next day but sheets only and not enough parking and then no inside pool or no inside hot tub it was closed down. Not great experience.

Nice location but very uncomfortable beds

This property is in a good location on the beach located near several amenities. The room was clean and nice. Beds were very uncomfortable and my wife and I woke up with sore backs every morning, which was a big deal to us being on vacation. Be sure to read all of the description, the very last few sentences tell of their policy for the guest to put the sheets on the beds when they arrive and to strip the beds when they depart. They also tell you there is a two hundred dollar deposit on top of your booking that they charge and return a week later. They state all of this so this isn't part of my 3/5 star rating, it was my own fault for not fully reading the description. I will not be staying here again because of the uncomfortable beds and their check in/check out policy and deposit policy.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good. Rained 3 of 7 days, 1 day cloudy. Condo was good however the carpet was old, dirty, and smelly. Pull down bed was the same. Everything else was acceptable. 4 nights could not sit on the balcony due to marijuana smell. Never experience that before and I have stayed at many similar locations.

Poor Management

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was one of the worst rental companies I've ever worked with. We have used this company in the past and was very happy. However, this year was the worst. The property had a leak in one of the upper rooms, the leak trickled down into the room that we were staying in (entire bedroom carpet was wet). I did what the information package stated, called the emergency number, i understand that not a lot could be done at that late hour. However, we called the next day to see what was going to happen (keep in mind that everyone had to sleep in the living room on air mattresses), the lady then proceeded to tell me she would have to contact the manager. Well, she did contact the manager, and with several phone calls back and forth between me and the lady (not manager) we finally get moved late the next day. With all this going on the air/humidifier people were there to "clean" the room out. So, we asked the lady, where was we supposed to go with all of our belongings, due to the fact that the new room was not available, the response that was received is, i dont know what to tell you. Long story short my friends and I tried for several DAYS to contact the manager. Left messages and even call back numbers. No surprise, she never called back. So, if you decide to rent from this place, I hope that your experience is better than ours was. Because we will NEVER rent from this company again. A manager that could not take 5 minutes to call a guest that has had issues with the rental is not a place that I want to do business with.

Perfect for a small family

When we first arrived I was a little disappointed that the room was smaller than it looked online BUT if suites a family of 4 just fine. The place was mostly clean but I’m a bit ocd at times so tiny things like smudges on the glass table, sliding door etc bothered me. I just cleaned it lol. The location was absolutely perfect! The view from our room was gorgeous and literally the beach right out back. The beds were ok as far as softness but again I’m just ocd, sure didn’t stop us from sleeping in every morning lol. One major bonus we did not see a single insect inside our unit! Overall we had a great trip and are already planning on booking this room again for next year.

Great location

It was a cute condo conveniently located close to many attractions and restaurants. Great for a big family just seconds away from the beach. The only thing was it had a humidifier and it would get full a lot and you have to dump it or else it would smell moldy. Other than that we were very pleased with it.
