Great location with everything you could possibly need.

Nice, clean place with a view of the Katy Trail and a gate so you can walk directly out onto it. Clean and quiet with absolutely everything you could possibly need during your stay.

Mother/Daughter weekend

The property is in a wonderful neighborhood with easy access to the trail and to a local cafe. The host provided prompt responses and accurate communication. I’m sure I will stay at this property again!

Pleasantly surprised Introduction to the Katy Trail

Although we usually like to stay on ground floor, the second floor landing allowed us to overlook the Katy Trail. We had restricted access gate to said trail. Clean well, kept facility and quiet neighborhood. Designated parking space was a plus.

Using the TV is a nightmare. Parking is extremely tight. Large trucks are almost impossible . Nasty looking vents sticking out of the wall. Upside, location to trails and restaurants are excellent.

Good property for the price

Cozy and comfortable for our family of 4. Clean. Stairs are metal, slippery when wet and could be hazardous if icy. Clean with good amenities. Driveway to back parking is very narrow and tight parking. Beds & rooms sizes were great! Living room furniture was not very comfortable for movie watching. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

Girl friend reunion

Great location and great access to many bars and restaurants. Loved having the Katy trail behind us. We enjoyed walking on the trail so peaceful. Our place was very clean and so well organized. I loved having the extra shampoo, laundry detergent and the coffee was a bonus! The place was extremely quiet and peaceful. This was our first time in Dallas and we were thankful to have stayed in such a great place! We would definitely rent again!

Great location and Clean

My sister and I stayed here and we had lots of space, everything was provided, and sitting area was very comfortable. The location was fabulous for our shopping. Didn’t have a chance to walk on Katy Trail but it looked very nice.

Convenient location with off-street parking

I enjoyed this two-bedroom unit, which is in a building with several other units. The neighborhood is quiet, and there was no noise from the other units. The keypad make check-in easy, and I appreciated the off-street parking space in a city where parking can sometimes be a challenge. This location is a short drive from the museums, Deep Ellum, downtown, SMU, and numerous excellent restaurants.

Ok. Just ok.

There 3 of us. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. One of the bedrooms and bath and kitchen were all open ceiling. If you were sitting in the small living space , one could hear the noise, flushing , showering etc. coming from the bathroom. Weird. Seating area was not comfortable and in need of updating. But worse perhaps was the bedding. There was hair all over the sheets. And bedding. I spoke with management and they told us to wash the linens. I did not travel to Dallas to do laundry and the mini washer dryer set took a long time . Management gave 60$ back on the cleaning fee. So. Hmmm.

Excellent return stay

Third time renting and will be back again! Excellent central location near restaurants, shops, and the fantastic Katy Trail. Responsive hosts and very clean and comfortable VRBO. Our go to place whenever we travel to Dallas!

Decent Stay

The place was nice and in an ideal location but there is absolutely no privacy in this home. If you are staying with another couple do not book. There is no ceiling to the bathroom or bedroom to one of the rooms and it made thing very awkward and it made me very uncomfortable. It wasn’t completely clear in the listing, but I definitely wasn’t expecting it.

Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: great location near variety of excellent restaurants, the incredible Katy Trail is just out the back door for safe walks/jogs any time of day, beds were very comfortable, good climate control for the swings in Dallas weather, extra touches provided by responsive hosts. Will definitely stay again!

Great place to stay.

It was a great place to stay, and it was just the right distance from all the tourist-y things where we felt peace and at ease in the space, but we were able to get to lots of activities quickly to enjoy our weekend!

Great location and well-appointed home

Just North of downtown area in nice neighborhood. Easy access on/off freeway makes it easy to get to major sites. House was spotlessly clean, well appointed with very comfortable beds. Hosts were quick with entry assistance.
