Centrally located and fabulously furnished 2 bed, 2 bath with additional sleeper sofa (Queen size) and plenty of street parking & 2 covered spaces in back. Enjoy a quiet, cozy nights sleep in brand new Posturepedic plush mattresses with Memory Foam pillows in both bedrooms.

GREAT location with plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. 5 minutes to Mockingbird Station, SMU, Lakewood Village, Lower Greenville, White Rock Lake. Safe, quiet neighborhood with walking access to food and shopping.
The space
The space is a one story home. Both bedrooms have large TVs and ample closet space with hangers/luggage racks. Desk workspace available for working from home. Bluetooth speakers.
Private backyard space with outdoor seating & firepit.
All TVs are Roku where you can login and access all apps including Netflix, Hulu, HBOMax, YoutubeTV, etc.

The outside of the property was not cleaned up. We had problems with getting locked out of the house, however the host was able to help. The house reeked of Weed, and the showers were a little sketchy as well as the master shower not draining.

Great location in Lakewood

This is a cute property and the location was perfect for visiting with friends who live in Lakewood. The interior decor of the home was updated, stylish and cozy. The bathrooms are ready to be the next update/refresh and it will be perfect for a weekend stay. The kitchen was well-stocked - even though we didn’t cook there, we definitely could have and it would have been easy. The exterior could use some more regular sprucing. The weather was nice in the mornings and we would have had our coffee on the patio, but the overgrown grass was a deterrent. Overall, a great value and excellent location - if the owners decide to make any updates to the bathrooms or the master closet, it will be even better!

Great Stay

This home was just as listed. 2 bdr 2 bath and perfect for our stay. Location was exactly where we needed based on our stay. Owner was great and timely with communication. Highly recommend for anyone who needs this type of home. Restaurants and groceries within walking distance

Property isn’t in great shape

The house is clean and overall fine. But, yard was overgrown, bathrooms need some TLC, and it’s just not in great shape. Host was responsive and easy to work with.

Comfy & Cozy!

This was a very nice rental property, with very comfortable beds and seating. Great price, great location, nice parking options, and more. Host took care of all the post-stay cleaning and it made for a super easy checkout process. If I'm back in the Dallas area, I will definitely consider renting here again.

Week-long Stay

My husband, myself and our adult son came to the Dallas area to visit family. This home was exactly as advertised. Owner very easy to reach, home was immaculate and king bed was amazing! Everything we needed to make ourselves feel at home.

The place was perfect. The location was walking distance to several restaurants. The beds were really comfortable. We had everything we needed. The decor was really charming. Great setup for 2 couples.

Great Location!

Beautifully decorated and well-equipped. Quiet neighborhood surrounded by a variety of shops and restaurants. Covered off-road parking was a huge bonus in the Texas heat!

Clean, Quiet & Comfortable

Very nice hidden gem in close proximity to a lot of what Dallas has to offer. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with all you’d need for a short stay. The carport in the back is a nice touch to help keep your car cooler in the Texas heat and off the street.

Exactly as advertised

Clean and attractive. I did not realize it was a townhouse but once inside I never would have known. Any question was immediately answered. Walked to Tom Thumb for a few things and we were all set! Tons of restaurants and shops nearby!

Family visit

Very comfortable and clean. And we were within 10 to 15 mins of everything we wanted to do. And we could use mostly surface streets vs interstate.
