Stayed here with my husband and our 3 young adult kids during Labor Day weekend. Prime location, close enough, yet far enough from bars and restaurants. Porch was perfect to watch our kids play volleyball, people watching and watch the amazing sunset. Host was responsive and helpful. This was an extremely hot weekend, so fans helped keep us somewhat cool during the nights. Perfect staycation for our family.

This was a great house with a great location. Walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants. Beautiful views from the kitchen and living room and the house. One story so it was very child safe. Easy communication with the property manager. We would rent the spot again for sure. Highly recommend.

Perfect Family Vacation Home/Location

We LOVED our stay here!! We stayed one week with three teenage boys and had plenty of room. The location of the house is amazing. To open the front sliding door and feel the ocean breeze is unmatched. It was fun to be near the pier, shops, food and everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was strong and we never ran out of hot water. We appreciated all the boogie boards, towels and chairs for the beach. We truly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely come back. The houses on the Newport boardwalk seem hard to book as a lot of people come back every year for many generations! Edward was a fantastic host.

Great time

Great location, clean and modern amenities. The bike trail is a double edged sword, great access to pier area but a little bit of a game of frogger getting to and from beach. Bikes go WAY over the posted 8mph speed limit and generally do not care about pedestrians (any age). Police, lifeguards, and city patrols do not enforce speed limit or no motorized vehicle rules on trail (we had a front row seat to the action), so look both ways before you cross path. You are rolling the dice on who you share the property with as upstairs noise and sharing garage and laundry can be an issue based on who is there. Overall great location and we plan to go back!

Easter Weekend

This property was exactly how we imagined it, casual beach comfort. We stayed in the lower unit, which is literally on the beach. My kids loved it. They played endlessly in front of the house in the sand. Easy walk to Bar/Pub for food and drinks. Bike paths make getting around easy. Grocery store is a block away. Perfect location for family getaway.

Amazing Location

Fantastic rental. Would love to make this a regular vacation spot. Unbelievable location. Zero boredome. In the living watching the kids play in the sand 10 ft from you. Perfect. 100 stars if I could. The property manager Edward, was great and immediately responsive with any questions or needs. :-). Loved it!

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay here. What’s not to love with the ocean right out the living room window and steps to the beach? Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and Amazing views of the ocean!

This property has it all. It’s right on the beach. I woke up in the morning and I could see the ocean right from the living room and kitchen. You can walk right out to the water. It has beach toys in the garage for the kids. And it’s a short walk to Newport Pier. Would definitely stay here again.

Location, Location, Location

House was in a great location. Right on the boardwalk and wonderful people watching. Lots of activity right outside your backdoor. Steps to the beach. Short walk to bars, restaurants, Newport pier, & grocery store. House was not fancy but very comfortable for a small family get-away. Owner was very responsive. We will be back?

Fantastic getaway

We had a wonderful time staying in Edward’s beautiful condo right on the beach. It literally had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and so many fun things were close by. Catalina, Disneyland you name it. We will for sure rent from Edward & his lovely wife again.

Property on beach

The location of the property is great. The owner was very communicative and even got us an early checkin like we requested which was very appreciated. The check in process was very easy. The property is just as expected based on photos, a little small but fit our needs. My only complaint would be the check out time of 9am, which felt extremely early. I would recommend this property.

What a great property. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very nice. We had a blast sitting on the patio watching the people walk by and the close walk to the water was great. The parking was very nice as well. I would recommend this place and hope to stay there again soon. The communication with the owner was outstanding, very helpful.

Great location!

This beach house couldn't have been in a better location! We had an amazing time. Edward was super easy to work with and easily accessible for any questions we had during our stay. Would definitely stay again!
