Location was fantastic and we really enjoyed the large patio. House was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Parking was easy and a great time was had by all. We'll be back!

The house is an amazing rental, right on Newport Beach. What else need be said! However, that being said, the host was also amazing. They were kind, considerate, thoughtful, and amazingly helpful. For example one of our grandchildren left their prized toy at the house when we left, and the host found it and got it back to us. They truly went above and beyond! In terms of the house, it came with everything we needed, a great space, close to all amenities by the Balboa Pier, wonderful bedrooms, a great kitchen and plenty of sitting spaces, both inside and out Plus there were all kinds of kinds toys and beach equipment (an umbrella) to make a great day in the sun. All in all if the need arises again, we would have no hesitation to rent this house again!

Wonderful location and nice size for a big group. The place was clean and for the most part was very comfortable. The master bedroom bed base collapsed the first night so only one person could sleep there. The dishwasher was also broken. The communication with the rental agency was very good though. Could’ve used more bathroom towels, though!

Very easy check in. love lower level. It was easy to rent bikes, and skateboards, and park them at night.

I liked everything except I wish beds were nicer, more comfy, and that the home had better lighting.. change out your lighting to brighter, and upgrade your beds and I will give it a 10..

Excellent Location, beach front, Great parking

excellent property, and management, we were very impressed, everything worked, extreme cleanliness, instant hot water, tons of parking, worked very well for the 8 of us girls and made our 4th July week really memorable.Thank you!!!

Beautiful property and location

Wonderful location and beautiful full wall windows to enjoy the view. Sad we couldn’t see the ocean from the home but with how high the tide comes in I see why they need to have the sand so high.

Great retreat!

This house was in a fabulous location. Walking out the back door onto the beach, and a short walk up the boardwalk to get coffee, made this trip a true California experience. The bedrooms were comfortable and the great room gave us a gathering space for everyone to relax. Easy checkin and communication. Thank you!

Beach house

We really enjoyed our stay anx accommodations were good. Fully stocked kitchen only needed another kitchen towel. Plenty of room inside and on patio. Only negative thing was outside needed some maintenance. There were weeds growing and trash by outdoor shower and driveway

Quick Getaway

Family beach vacation

There were many things delightful about this rental … location, beachfront, complete kitchen, large dining table for whole family, flawless check-in, everything worked etc.The negatives were plates in cabinet were dirty, the ice trays were filled with soap and then water (!), previous tenants hair on a bed, garbage left under the couch, no gate to close the little backyard so preschoolers were contained. Overall a good visit just several things which would’ve made it a great visit.

Very clean home in excellent location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beach front home is just south of the Balboa pier and close walking distance to many venues in Balboa. The patio on ground level is very spacious for eating or lounging amd watching the world walk by. The only very slight negative would be the inability to actually see the ocean, because of the sand dune build up to protect properties from ocean run-off (I think this is why).

The houses were impeccably clean which is not the usual for beach vacation rentals. The waves at this beach are a shore break so if you have little kiddos be vigilant and right on the waters edge. Comfortable Stay in an Amazing Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed a reunion at this lovely house. It served as the hub for all of our activities because it has so much to offer. The kitchen was perfectly appointed. We used the grill when the weather was favorable and enjoyed people watching all day. In the mornings we rode bikes along the strand. We even had a few local family members drop in and parking was never an issue. The proximity to restaurants, the pier, shopping... everything make this an ideal getaway location. We'll be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this house. It was clean when we arrived. It has 4 bedrooms and nIce decor. One bathroom is in the bedroom with the double bed. The other bathroom is in the hallway with the other bedrooms. The kitchen has everything we needed. The patio was the best part, right on the beach walkway. Great having your coffee out there. There is public parking very close to have day visitors over. There are fire pits on the beach too. Great location, everything in walking distance. Just a reminder that there is another apartment above you.

Most relaxing patio with a great view!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year staying at this property and we were so happy once again. The house is not the biggest but it has everything you need to enjoy the beach. The house has 4 bedrooms with comfy beds and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom does have fans which is nice. The kitchen has everything you need and was stocked with soap and some things. I brought my own Clorox wipes and cleaning products because there was none to keep house clean. They do have a washing machine and dryer on the premise which is a plus. The patio is the main thing we love. So relaxing to listen to music and play games or just enjoy coffee or cocktails. It’s a great spot near the parking lot of you want to invite day guests. Also so near all the restaurants and bars and fun zone!
