Beautifully kept and upgraded luxury oceanfront dream home. This home boasts upgraded appliances, large master soaking tub, high ceilings, two car garage, private upper and lower front patios, Weber BBQ, large flat screen TVs, incredible views, beach toys, bikes, games and much more. Take five steps out the front door to get to the beach or enjoy the sun from your own private patio. There is no noisy boardwalk in front of this home so your relaxing time won't be interrupted by people passing by. Enjoy watching the surfers or the sunset from you enclosed and covered balcony.

Centrally located near restaurants, bars, grocery stores, bike, kayak, paddle board and boat rentals, two piers and the world famous beach break, The Wedge. This home embodies the Newport Beach life style and way of living.

On the first floor you have two bedrooms and one and half bath. There is a inside living room that opens up to a private patio right on the beach. The upstairs has the large master bedroom with a large hotel style bathroom. The upgraded kitchen sits next to another living room that has tall glass windows with a view of the beach and Newport Pier. The living room also opens up to a large covered balcony with a BBQ connected to a natural gas line. Two car garage with two public meter parking spots next to the residence.

This is a single family home so you get to enjoy the entire property.

Some things to know:

This home has central heat and AC.

Two car garage parking with additional space behind as long as you don't block the bike bath. A Tahoe can fit on one side and smaller car can fit on the other. A larger vehicle will fit behind the garage if you park close.

There are 4 working beach cruisers with 2 bike locks.

We start the home with a 'starter pack' of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent. Beyond that, you will need to pick some up from the store.

Beach towels and bathroom towels are supplied. It is recommended that you bring any and all personal bathroom items.

Loved the stay at this prime location on Newport Beach. Especially loved the Roku on the TVs which was helpful with the kids. Also all of the beach equipment was very helpful!

This house was awesome. Great location. The house was clean and everything was in working order. Plenty of closet, drawers and cabinet space. We had great communication with the host Jason. Loved being right on the beach!

Excellent stay. Loved the house, patio, beautiful view of the beach. Great collection of beach gear that was well maintained and helpful. One bike chain (of the 3 bikes) was broken from the previous guests but they’re fixing that. Overall fantastic and easy experience! Will hopefully return there again.

I am sorry to hear about your experience Andreas. All the homes are very close together down there and as I mentioned to you, I was unaware that construction had started. The home under construction is two houses down and the city ensures that they are only working during normal business hours and not on Saturday and Sunday. We are truly sorry but we do not have control over other owners improving their properties. Our hopes are that you can come visit us again in the future for a different experience.

This property is absolutely beautiful right on the beach. I would definitely stay there again. Loved every minute. Jason was an amazing host. No trouble checking in. A few suggestions as I have seen from other reviews… with the salt air the outside furnitureis definitely a bit rusty. It needs to be updated.lI have rented, other VRBO‘s in many cities and the bathrooms were stocked with toiletries for the shower. I brought my own, so it was not an issue, but that might be a nice touch like shower gel and shampoo, but overall rating is a five and I would go back again. Location is amazing.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach house. The location could not have been better, with the home sitting right on the beach and offering beautiful ocean views throughout the day. It was so relaxing to step outside and be just moments from the sand and water.The home itself was very comfortable and well maintained. Everything felt clean, thoughtfully arranged, and welcoming, which made it easy to settle in right away. It truly felt like a home away from home.Check in was simple and seamless. The property manager was fantastic to work with, very responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay.Overall, this was a five star experience from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway.

You will love the simplicity, cleanliness and the views this beach home provides. The communication from reservation to leaving was professional and timely. My wife and I came to celebrate our 40th anniversary and this home was perfect. We will be back again soon!!

Excellent location on 37th Street beachfront. Primarily upstairs unit with downstairs access to the beach. Easy communication, beach chairs and some kitchen amenities available. No Bluetooth speaker on site so bring your own. Patio furniture was outdated and cushions and metal frames were in bad condition. There is a garage and adjacent parking that does need to be paid for. Overall good property

Beautiful spot. 10/10 would stay again. Check in was a bit frustrating as we never received the check in instructions, so we were outside of house for a while on the phone with Vrbo to sort it out. Eventually got the code and made it in. Everything after that was perfect. Great house. Great location. Highly recommend.

Host interaction was wonderful. All questions were answered quickly. Whenever I needed help he was so responsive. House is in a beautiful location. It’s nice that it’s a few blocks away from the path to town. Easy to get to the path but more quiet. Views are amazing. The house needs an update. The kitchen is nice. The downstairs has old furniture, broken blinds, old and rusty outdoor furniture. It was just a lot of little things that add up to a house that needs some TLC.

We believe this property in unique in several ways. It is one of very few single family homes that are available for rent on the oceanfront. It is a three bed, two and half bath that serves perfectly for families trying to get away. It is situated on a corner lot which means the views of the beach are better. It also has some extra metered parking right next store. The master bedroom is large with high ceilings accompanied with a spa tub. Beautifully upgraded kitchen with high end appliances give the feeling of luxury and ease when preparing meals for you and your family. Not to mention an incredible host ;)
