Very cool location! Awesome boat watching! Got to see manatees, dolphins and snook along with many birds right from the deck. The beach, springs and village center all within just a few minutes. Plenty of boating, fishing, swimming adventures available super close. And a good assortment of restaurants and such. Will definitely rebook another time!

Spectacular view, got to see manatees, dolphins and lots of birds right from the deck and lawn. The space was large and comfortable, great for our big family meals and casual hangout!

The location was great and the view was beautiful. The house needs some TLC and the cleaning crew needs to do a better job. The house has great space for 6 people. Lots of seating. Dishes and cooking equipment old.

This house was beautiful, spacious, clean, and a great location on the river! We definitely made use of the kayaks and paddle board. We saw eagles across the river, dolphins, and manatees; it was amazing! Would definitely recommend!

Memories with family and friends.

Perfect location for scalloping and visiting the springs. The house comfortably accommodated 13 people, no problem. This is our third time staying here.

House was clean with plenty of room to spread out (9 of us-3 couples 3 kids). Master is really nice with walk-in closet and nice bathroom. Would love to bring step-in shower home with me. The two smaller upstairs bedrooms have nice closets. These bedrooms share an average size bathroom.Large kitchen/dining area upstairs has island, long table-12 chairs and smaller table-6 chairs. We did lots of cooking and found everything we needed for meal prep including an air fryer. And the view from the upstairs dining area, living room, and master is Million Dollar! A deck runs length of master and living room with small table outdoors. Downstairs has great room with additional fridge, large table, sofa and TV. Sleeping area was adequate, especially for kids with two sets of twin bunks and one set of full bunks. Our only complaint, we really needed 3 bathrooms and downstairs bathroom had issues. Plumber was sent immediately, but we didn’t want to risk using so were left with 9 people sharing 2 bathrooms. We spent hours fishing from river wall. We SAW dolphin, Mama & baby manatees and river otter as well as lots of birds. We CAUGHT and RELEASED multiple catfish, a turtle, a stingray, several ladyfish, and 4-5 shark, This was the most enjoyable part of the stay. As other reviews mentioned, the house is older and definitely needs some TLC. Some fixes could make it the Million Dollar house it is advertised to be.

The view was definitely a million dollar view and the location was awesome in regards to going kayaking and doing things in Crystal River. It worked out fine for my family three day weekend. On the other hand, the property itself needs some tender loving care. It is for sale and the landscaping is run down. The cleanliness inside was average and there were minimal necessities.

Ginger quickly took care of an issue discovered upon our arrival. Overall house worked well for us. Kitchen had basic items - paper towels, coffee filters, dishwasher detergent etc. - which was nice. The house could use a little TLC on the interior - replace blinds on master bedroom balcony doors, fix blinds on living room windows - but nothing that major. Thanks for a nice Thanksgiving getaway.

Inside very spacious and clean. Location was amazing. The yard was overgrown as well as unkept growth in pool area. When contacting Host Ginger, she took care of it immediately. Despite some issues which were communicated to the owner and host during and after our stay, we had a great time with the family.
