We stayed for a week for a family vacation. Beautiful, well-appointed home with everything you need. The home is located close to restaurants and entertainment which you would think would be loud, however, the court is shockingly quiet and calm. The sliding doors and outdoor areas (all three) are outstanding. Management is attentive and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot for a group

Lovely house with lots of light, great decks, close to the beach, and good food. It was pretty well equipped for cooking. Couple or things could use some repairs: oven, sliding door in master bedroom, cables in along the stares.

Wonderful, clean, modern property!

We really enjoyed our stay! This is a clean, updated, modern property. A close walk from Mission Beach, restaurants, shopping and Belmont Amusement park. Our family had a wonderful time and can't wait to return

My family and I went to SD for a Chris Stapleton concert so glad we found this Great house, great location and so close to the beach. Literally a half a block! weather was pretty nice. Will for sure try to stay here next trip to SD.

Great house and great location!!!

My husband, myself and 2 13 year old boys stayed here for spring break and it was incredible. The house is very clean, owner very easy to communicate with and location was perfect. We went to Belmont park which is only one block from the house and it was great. Also there are lots of souvenir shops and small restaurants right around the corner as well. I would highly recommend this place to stay!!!

Perfect Vacation House

This house was exactly as advertised and totally delivered. The location was great - short walk to the beach and bay, close to a variety of restaurants and mini-grocers. It was very convenient. We totally enjoyed the multitude of decks, especially the rooftop - what a novelty and a great view! The kitchen had all the amenities and was well-stocked for all your cooking needs. We would definitely rent there again, if the opportunity arises.

The location of the apartment was great. The apartment itself is very spacious even though we couldn't really use the roof terrace (we were out and about during the day and it was too cool in the evening). The administrative cleaning was very good, the cleaning was only moderate (especially the kitchen: drawers, dishes). We enjoyed our stay very much, even if one or the other is a bit outdated (carpet in the living room, loose carpets on the stairs).

We have stayed at several different rental properties in mission beach, and this is by far our family's favorite! This place is beautiful, clean, and has everything our family needed to make our stay absolutley amazing. The hosts are responsive and kind. We especially liked the spacious outdoor patios and fire pit. Beach access is a breeze and it's so close to tons of shops and restaurants. Can't wait to book here again!

Great Place for a beach stay

Photos and descriptions were accurate, house was beautiful, easy to access and very comfortable for our stay, with plenty of room for everyone. Hosts were friendly and responsive and extremely considerate; highly recommend this property and host!

Graduation get-away

We visited San Diego for the graduation of our granddaughter and time with family.When you book this, you need to keep in mind it is a typical old beach town where parking is tight, alleys narrow (and parking is in alleys), and things are fairly lively. That said, this VRBO was everything we could have asked for. It was clean and nice. It was close to the beach. It had three balconies/decks, televisions in each room, and beautiful updated amenities. It was as nice as the pictures on this site indicated it would be.We would rent this again in a heartbeat.

Loved our stay

It is a great location, house is very nice. We had the top 2 floors of the house and there is a beautiful roof deck. The kitchen is beautiful. Host was very responsive. I hope to go back in warmer weather. We were jealous of the first floor rental that had a hot tub.

Mission Bay Stay

The listing was pretty accurate. We couldn't figure out how to turn on any heat, however, so nights were chilly. Also, if you aren't used to a zillion ways to use a shower, it was confusing. We were told that our pick-up would fit. NOT when they have rented the other unit to someone with a Pickup truck!!! We got stuck as the other people didn't leave in the morning and we couldn't get out!Otherwise, it was a good stay.

Great location

We had a great Thanksgiving weekend spent here. From reservation to departure, working with the owner was very smooth and proficient. Location from ocean and park was great to keep young adults occupied, including dining options and entertainment. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to San Diego.
