We do want to clarify that when it was first brought to our attention, we immediately accessed the system remotely and reset the equipment. We did not hear anything further afterward, so we reasonably believed the issue had been resolved. When the problem was reported again, we physically attempted another reset. When that was unsuccessful, we promptly scheduled Spectrum to come to the property, at which point they determined that the hardware itself was failing and needed to be repaired/replaced. We completely understand that having anyone enter a vacation rental during a stay can be inconvenient. Unfortunately, once it became clear that the equipment itself was malfunctioning, access to the property was necessary in order to diagnose and correct the problem. We did everything within our control to address the issue as quickly as possible once we knew the initial reset had not resolved it. We’re happy the problem has now been corrected and appreciate your kind words about the rest of your experience.
