A 1 bedroom apartment with a sofa-bed for holidays with an excellent location. Located on the main road connecting Funchal to the other points of the island, on Rua Quinta das Amoreiras, near the Botanical Garden and 30m from shops, restaurants and buses. Although it is situated on a very wide street, it is very quiet with a good neighborhood with great views.
Remodeled and furnished very recently.

The property is located between downtown funchal and the highway for easy access to other cities when needed.
If you don't want to rent a car, there's a bus stop next to the apartment with more than 10+ buses since it's the main road to the highway and downtown Funchal.

One of Funchal's best bakery, fruit shops, mini-market, pharmacy, etc on the street besides the Apartment. Small view to the sea, big terrace and private parking on the building.
