very nice place on the Cape

Our family enjoyed staying at this lovely home. Perfect layout for our group and a short bike ride to a beautiful bayside beach or to the freshwater lakes at the neighboring State Park. Communication with host was excellent.

Great Family Rental Near Bayside Beaches and Nickerson

It was a very roomy rental with a full kitchen (and good knives!!!!). The owner was incredibly communicative and accessible, as well as going out of the way to be helpful with a variety of individual needs. We will definitely be coming back.

Nice location near bike trail

5 adults with a 2 and 4 year old. Close to bike trail, toys and games for the kids. Beds were comfortable. Lots of stuff for cooking. Owners are vegetarian so no lobster pot or utensils. We always bring our own anyway! AC units worked very well.

Great weekend away

A group of friends and I rented this property for 4 nights and I really liked it! The house was spacious enough for 9 women, the outdoor shower was an amazing feature and the two full bathrooms were perfect sizes. The master bedroom was massive. The owners were very quick to respond whenever we had a question or concern. Of course a house down the cape is going to have some little ants and spiders hanging around but that was not a problem for us and we would definitely stay here again! I would recommend that you bring your own toilet paper and paper towels though, there was only one extra roll of toilet paper (not going to work for 9 women for 4 nights) and no extra paper towels so we had to go out and buy some.

Brewster Getaway

Great location to many activities. Upgrades of some of the minor kitchen appliances would be nice. Overall, home is clean but could use attention to details. Kids loved the outside swings. Very responsive home owner.

Nice getaway

We had a lovely stay here with our multi-generational family. The hosts were kind and helpful. The back deck was a nice haven. We all enjoyed the outdoor shower, the easy access to the walk/bike path and the short drive to Linnell Landing. Would reccomend.

An excellent Brewster getaway

We came to e property as a large family and it worked out perfectly. The owners were extremely helpful throughout our stay even though nothing in particular needed resolving. The house was exactly as listed, the large backyard perfect for the kids and rooms all well appointed. The biggest bonus of this house is the location. It’s quiet and yet still walking distance to both the beach and the fabulous Nickerson state park with its bike trails and ponds. We would definitely come back!

Long weekend getaway with family

Very nice home; quiet neighborhood Nauset ocean beach in Orleans nice beach about 15 min drive; good restaurants also close by. We enjoyed our stay in Brewster!

Spacious, clean and close to everything!

We had a wonderful stay here. We had 6 adults and it suited us just fine. Plenty of space indoors and out to relax. Communication with the property manager was fantastic. And it was close to everything we wanted to see in a nice quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks!

A Very Lovely Home

This is a very lovely home! The decor is great, it was clean, and it was comfortable. We had some difficulties when we first arrived, especially with the air conditioning. Awesome vacation! House is really nice for a rental, clean and high end amenities. Very close to bike path, bring bikes to get to the beach. Beaches are amazing and perfect for little kids. Very quiet neighborhood. Deck is big and a perfect spot to enjoy a nice shaded afternoon. Great find!
