Family beach vacation

The house is on the beach. That was good. It sleeps 14 but there are only 6 chairs. There is mold growing throughout the upstairs and downstairs walls. The AC in the downstairs was set on 61 and when we asked for help to assist it no one resolvedrespresponded

Family Vacay

Enjoyed our family get-away. It had been years since we were all able to be together. The house was nicely furnished. We had plenty of room for everyone. We did move the dining room table closer to the window so that everyone could have a great view at meal time! The loveseat blocked the most beautiful view of the ocean. Our only concern during our stay was the low water pressure! It seemed more like a sprinkle than a shower. All in all it was a terrific week! Great place for families. Those steep steps are not friends of the knees!

Amazing location

The owner was amazing and even stopped by to make sure everything was OK and the location couldn't be any better walk out your door and your on the beach, will definitely be booking this house again

Great property, beautiful area, clean, only down fall was having no access to the downstairs thru the house. Overall would definitely stay again.

Had a great time loved the house!

We had a great time loved the house but it was missing baking pans, it is said for a family of 15 but we were kinda crowded. We will be back next year but probably in a bigger house.

Wonderful beach front home, great for family getaway. Plenty of space and clean. Will stay here again!!!

The location of the cottage is wonderful! Beautiful ocean views and the beach is right out your door. However, the house was not clean at all. There were dead roaches in the bathroom, hair left in the shower, and the floors were filthy. On our last day there I went to get a donut for breakfast and found a cockroach crawling all over them in the box. I would recommend a new cleaning service and fumigating for bugs. Also the deck off of the living room has boards that are not nailed down and many nails on the other boards are sticking up.

Quaint little cottage on the beach. The best thing is location. The worst thing was it was dirty. We found 2 wrapped Little Debbie Cakes IN THE BED, the mattress cover was soiled and had hair on it, the rug under the table was VERY dirty, the chair in the living room was extremely dingy, the cabinets in the kitchen had crumbs in them, and the loveseat in the living room had springs that were shot. As for the rental management company they left our linens in a laundry bag outside. You have to make your own bed which didn't make sense because the bedspreads were not even cleaned (I called and asked). The closet door that housed the vacuum and broom was off the hinges when I tried to open it. We had to take our own paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper which I didn't see anywhere in the listing.

Great view and easy access to the beach!

The house was nicely remodeled. Had a nice kitchen with updated appliances. It does lack small appliances like a toaster or blender. It has very limited kitchen utensils for cooking and doesn't have many dishes to accommodate a group of more than 6. Fortunately we only had 5. We did enjoy the view of the ocean from the kitchen, dining room and family room. There were only 3 plastic chairs on the deck. The week we were there it was windy and rainy and the chairs blew all over the deck. It was nice having the outside shower to wash off a bit before coming into the house from the beach. The family room was very comfortable to hang out in. We enjoyed our stay. We would have liked more stuff in the kitchen, since we try to cook more, rather than go out to eat so much.
