Very comfy condo

We very much enjoyed our stay at the condo. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room was great for relaxing and watching the waves. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept great after our days filled with hikes and bike rides. I’d highly recommend this unit.

Incredible views and a very nice unit

Great option for Pajaro Dunes. I've stayed in a lot of different units here and none of them have had the views of this unit. Kitchen was well stocked and the apartment was very spacious. Overall a great place to stay!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday! Very quiet and peaceful property. Beautiful view of the ocean from living room window. Check in and communication with property management team was seamless. Look forward to our next visit!

Beautiful view of the ocean. Furniture, dishes etc appear 2nd hand. Weather was a bust as too windy and cool to enjoy the beach.

great quiet spot

The property is a quiet condo complex right on the beach, nestled amongst the dunes. There is a friendly family vibe here. Check in and out were easy. This unit is well located, Beautiful beach! After taxes and VRBO fees and conversion to USD, the units are pretty pricey. Dated furniture and fixtures added to the sense that the value was not quite there.

Comfortable

We enjoyed staying here. It had everything we needed and was convenient to access. The Security guy in the booth was always super nice and helpful. The facility is very dated and could use some remodeling. We did deal with a broken ice machine, 2 burners did not work and there was a weird smell in the master bathroom. Overall, we were very happy there and enjoyed our stay.

Cooling off on the coast

Had a lovely stay at Pajaro during heat wave in the SF Bay Area. The view was lovely, the setup was comfortable. Although the bed setup in the guest room was different - I believe it was a queen size & bunk beds. We did not appreciate the bunk beds as we were all adults. Well stocked. A little dated/dusty, the buildings are also quite weathered, but hey - we are at the beach enjoying the ocean view and temps! We did a number of day trips to Carmel and Monterey, Capitola too. So we had the best of the beach towns/tourist areas and quiet/natural Pajaro.

Peaceful beach getaway

We have stayed at several condos in this complex and have enjoyed ourselves each time. The beach is great and uncrowded. This units was clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. The washer/dryer combo is probably on its last legs, but it was functional. The shower/tub combo is set up very high for some reason and made it difficult to get into/out of. I would suggest leaving some glass cleaner in the unit so that guests can wipe down the glass table top. Overall a great stay, and I would come again.

Valentine's trip

We had a great stay, first time at this condo but have been staying in different condos in Pajara Dunes for over 10 years, every Presidents weekend. We loved this condo and hope to stay in it again. Easy walk to the beach! Great view and the husbands loved the two swivel chairs. Kitchen was great, fully stocked with dishes and cookware, new refrigerator. Only a couple of suggestions, the second bedroom needs more attention, it is too dark! I had to get a flashlight to see clothes that I put in the closet and it's very dark in there to get dressed and undressed. Also the queen bed was up against the wall, we moved it for easier access for us. It also needs a nightstand on both sides for couples to use to place phones, water, etc. But we made it work and loved the all the rest!

Pajaro our favorite

This is the third time we have stayed in this condo in four years. We love it there and the view is wonderful. But we were very disappointed that the fireplace was condemned and not useable. The weekend we were there if rained off and on and it would have been nice to have a great fire going. Also the internet was out, though not a necessity, the office said someone would come by and fix it during our stay. No one showed up during the time we were given, and after a call to the office about it, no one got back to us about it. We had asked about an earlier check in, but instead were offered a late check out, which we did not want. We were not offered any kind of discount or credit for the inconveniences of that weekend.

Great condo

Internet is not good. Need more comfortable furniture. Almost impossible to open living room slider tothe deck. Need new hallbath faucet and open/close lever for tub. Pots pans utensils very well stocked. Need less large mirrors.

Beautiful friendly place right in front of the ocean BUT NO RELUABLE INTERNET AND NO ONE TO FIX IT. WIFI is property management company and it worked. Homeowners Assocation has internet and not maintained. We had a family emergency and spent hours trying to connect. BOOOOOOOO!0

Unfortunately, being located in a rural area comes with its perks and downsides. If you do decide to stay with us again we do have condos with their own wifi. Our home is professionally managed by the Pajaro Dunes Resort team. If you need any assistance - from how to operate something, to maid service or supplies, just call! They are at your service 7 days a week, 9-5. We have an After-Hours Answering Service as well should anything come up and you need their assistance!
