Comfortable, spacious, quiet apartment

We stayed here for several days with our adult son and his partner. The layout (with bedrooms upstairs and 2.5 bathrooms) was great for two couples on different schedules. Nice location and we appreciated the underground parking. The apartment is attractive, roomy, and well equipped. Communication with Egilio was excellent and early check-in was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Good place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Egilio’s place. Location is great! Cose to grocery store, cute shops in the Osborne area and quick to downtown. Nice to have underground parking spot especially in the snowy weather. Unit is clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing Customer Service!

Unfortunately we had to cancel our stay at the last minute. But the kindness shown to us by Egilio was absolutely amazing! Looking forward to booking again in January.

Nice place, historic area

Egilio is a very accommodating host and made everything quite seamless. The two story condo is modern and well furnished. The area is interesting and historic as far as Canada is concerned. It's an easy walk to downtown and not that far to Corydon Avenue/"Little Italy". Insofar as a nearby coffee shop is concerned, I'd recommend "Little Sisters".

We were happy with our stay. Comfortable. Well equipped venue. There was a lot of construction in the area which was challenging until we got familiar with driving in the area. Construction and road improvements are a good thing. Not complaining.

Egilio is a wonderful host. He responded quickly to any inquiries. The condo was very comfortable and nicely appointed. We would happily stay here again.

Perfect Stay

Clean and comfortable apartment in a great location which is very walkable to many attractions. Our communication with the owner was excellent with clear instructions making our stay very enjoyable.

Deluxe condo in Osborne village

Spacious and bright two-story suite in Osborne Village. The facility was well supplied with everything one might need for a short or longer stay. The place was quiet and comfortable with good security. The underground parking was a bit tight so might be awkward for a large vehicle. A short walk to Osborne street with its shops. Grocery store, drug store, liquor store just two blocks away. Two blocks the other ways is the Buvette café, excellent for breakfast or lunch.

Great place to stay for walking

Great corner unit. Loved the amazing windows in main area. Safe underground parking. Comfortable beds. Walking distance to restaurants, groceries, The Forks, and legislative grounds.

Perfect

We stayed at this VRBO in March 2024 and had a fantastic experience. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to a grocery store, Starbucks, and local shops. The garage parking made it hassle-free to come and go, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The amenities were just as we expected, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Lovely condo

A nice, newer, unit close to downtown Winnipeg. The condo is well appointed, and had everything we needed. The furniture was quite comfortable. The bedrooms are on the second level-which is not clearly indicated in the listing. This was not a problem for us, but it would be an issue for those with mobility challenges. It is also on a busy street, which I hadn’t realized, but it was fairly quiet after rush hour. Overall, a comfortable space for an extended stay. Thank you, Egilio!

Positively pleasing!

We were impressed by the dedication to details. Great instructions and even a personal phone call from our congenial host to welcome us. The home (that's what it felt like) was clean, well stocked and tastefully decorated. Beds were comfortable. It was quiet and well secured.We would definitely stay there again.

Great condo. Great location. Great Property Manager.

Well appointed condo, just as photos show. Clean, nice, close to downtown and the Forks area. Ejilio is thorough at the check-in process and easy to contact if you have questions. Greatly appreciated underground private garage parking space. Loved the Free Wi-Fi and Netflix. Etc. No drawbacks unless you have elderly folks who have trouble with stairs. We would stay here again without question!

Absolutely lovely unit!

My best friend and I stayed for 5 nights and were delighted with this unit! It had everything we needed, it’s close to so many attractions and museums and the neighborhood is very walkable. Egilio the host was fantastic…really great communication and so friendly! We’d absolutely recommend this lovely unit!

Very nice condo. It had everything we needed. Loved that it had 3 bathrooms. Kitchen was fully stocked. Underground parking. Owner was excellent to deal with and provided all the information we needed. We will definitely be back as we found this way more quiet and relaxing then a motel room.

Winnipeg weekend fun....

Wpg to attend ballet to see our grandson dance in Swan Lake..... Lovely clean condo ....good location....our landlord was available 24 /7 and went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant experience.....highly reccomend this VRBO !!!

Fantastic!

This place is top notch, exactly as you see if not better. Extremely clean, comfortable bed AND couch. The location can’t be beat, 2-3 blocks to all you need. The host was in contact with us and very friendly and helpful. Not sure why anyone would want to stay anywhere else. Thank you for sharing with us your beautiful property. We will be back. :)
