Hi Janeen, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. It's always a pleasure to have you and your family stay with us!! Unfortuantely, because the home is a West Coast Contempory design, it was built with in floor heating in order to take advantage of the vaulted ceilings and multiple floors. We do not have ducting for a regular AC unit, however, we have been in the queue for a new minisplit syatem since last fall. We hope to be able to have that installed by next year!!
