This condo is a great place to spend time with your family while enjoying the location of the beach right in front. Everything you needed was there. Highly recommend this unit!

Owner was very helpful! View is great!

The registration process was a pain in the rear but the onsite management and owner were fantastic and easy to deal with. Owner very quick to answer questions and onsite manager responded quickly when we had to call with any issues. The view was great! I have no complaints about the owner or the property. Tiki hut staff was very personable and so were the rental guys on the beach. Would definitely come back and stay here again!

Very nice condo. Kitchen wee equipped and functional. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we need. Definitely recommend.

Awesome!

Our stay was amazing! We have stayed at Grand Panama before and love the proximity to everything, the pools, the beach, shops. Check in was a breeze, the condo was exactly like the pictures. The owner was always in communication with us and when we had a plumbing problem he resolved it immediately. The only thing that I request is more handicapped parking that is closer to tower 1. There is ONLY 1 handicapped parking spot anywhere near that tower. Also, they need to post the rules of where you can sit and where you can’t sit with a canopy on the beach! We will definitely be staying here again! We lived it!!

Great condo in PCB!

Great all around! Owner Jim was excellent to communicate with; check in was smooth our condo was perfect. Grand Panama staff was kind and kept grounds and pool clean. Would recommend and we look forward to coming back!

The place and location were great. Uncontrollable by the owner, the elevators were horrendously slow and hot. The fact that it was pet friendly made it an excellent fit for us.

Great Condo

Condo was great! The view from the balcony is beautiful, and the condo had plenty of room for our family. Jim, the owner is very responsive. Check in was easy and no issues with parking.

Paradise in Panama

Condo was beautiful and very clean. The owners of the condo are by far the most helpful people I have dealt with concerning a reservation. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience from the owner

The condo was clean and smelled fantastic . The owner was very informative and helpful. Great experience with him and housekeeping ! The front desk was rude and made the check in process difficult . The elevators were in bad shape and they were at no point all functioning .

Last Minute Spring Break

We had a great time! Jim was quick to respond and kept up great communication the entire trip. The condo was clean, provided all of the amenities we needed. It does need a refresh of paint and a few cosmetic updates but for us those things in no way took away from our stay. I feel bad that others don’t treat the place better while staying. Wonderful location, host, and view. If we go back to Panama City Beach this is where we will stay.

Great Resort with Great a great view

Condo and resort was very nice. Beautiful view of the Ocean from the bedroom. Living room and balcony. Nice decor in nicely decorated condo. 2 pools in both buildings, and everyone staying there was extra nice. Jim, the owner was the best. He made sure we had everything we needed and texted to check on us throughout the week. Could not have asked for a better host. We had a great time.

Snowbird getaway

James was by FAR the easiest owner I’ve ever dealt with! He is the only owner I’ve personally talked to in my 30 years of coming to PCB! His cleaning lady Joyce was also great! Loved the view and the fact it was dog friendly! 1 complaint, which was not Jim’s fault was the parking at Grand Panama. They are refinishing the concrete and it was very dusty, noisy & limited parking. Also I think a lounger would be nice on the balcony. With a dog, we couldn’t both go to the pool together, & it would’ve been nice to lay out on the balcony. I would also suggest to Joyce that, if possible, next time she cleans she could reach under the furniture & bed with her vacuum, but I’m not complaining about the cleanliness of the unit as a whole because otherwise she did an excellent job! Also kudos to Jim, Joyce & her daughter for solving my TV issue! If you are a couple with kids or a dog or even 4 adults I recommend highly staying in this unit! Tim D.

Family vacation

Our family vacation

The property was as pictured. It was a great location. The view of the beach and gulf was amazing. The owner was very responsive to any messages and was concerned that everything was as we expected. The resort staff was friendly, helpful and kept the common areas clean. It was convenient to many places to eat, shop and attractions. We spent most of our time at the beach or pool. The weather was perfect during our stay. I would come again!

Excellent Stay

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful unit. Jim was excellent with all the communication. He even called us a day before the trip to make sure we have everything we need for our stay. He was in constant touch with us throughout to make sure we were comfortable. The property is right on the beach and this unit on the 11th floor had an excellent view of the bay. The place was super clean and very nicely organized. It had everything you need for a great stay. We were 4 adults, three kids and a dog. Everyone had a fun vacation. The pool is clean and the tiki bar had excellent food. We highly recommend this place.
