Cozy Cottage

The cottage was very cute and cozy. It is beyond pet friendly and the fenced yard is big plus. Loved the two en-suites. Plenty of big fluffy towels and all amenities including blankets and towels for the pups. Nice, quiet location. We enjoyed our stay!

This is everything I wanted my trip to Franklin to be. This place is located perfectly — near Main Street, close to a large grocery store and other tourist attractions including the Lotz House. Wonderful response from the host and so kind to allow pets. Would definitely stay here again.

Superb location and very responsive owner & great overall location for a nearby wedding weekend along with backyard pet friendly resulted in a great stay !! Would recommend to others !!

Wedding getaway

Nice quiet cul de sac within about a mile walk to downtown Franklin. Very close vicinity to civil war battlefields and museums. Home was perfect for our stay. Property owner is very attentive. If we are ever in Franklin again we would stay here.

Great Place

Very charming place and location. Franklin Tn is a super place to visit. The house was a welcome stay rather than a motel. The dogs were very glad for the yard.
