House is to be kept tidy and returned in the condition it was delivered. An inventory form of kitchen items needs to signed at check in and check out.

Extra guests can be accommodated at a fee of $15 per person. If guests above 9 are not declared, the surcharge will be $30 per person.

No loud music using loudspeakers (normal boom box OK) and activities need to be wound up by 11 pm, for our neighbors sake!

Perfect house near the beach

The best house we stayed so far in Mauritius! Spacious, clean, fully equipped with ample space. Full time guard, who additionally cared for the pool (daily) and the garden. Housecleaning every second day. The beautiful beach of Bella Mare is just across the street. Rental car is recommanded as the bigger shopping centers are at 10-15 minute drive in Flaq. We were very satisfied with our stay and will sure try to book again for future holidays in Mauritius.

Traumhaftes Haus

Wir haben 3 Tage in der wundervollen Villa am Strand genossen. Der Strand vor der Tür ist groß und wunderschön. Lediglich ein Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse wäre schön.

Séjour de rêve paradisiaque. La plage est de l’aitre côté de la rue. Hôtes impeccables. Un logement à recommander sans réserve.

Maison très bien située, très propre et grande

La décoration date un peu, mais la maison est très bien entretenue par Ziovanni et Maisie. La maison est très bien située, à 2 pas de la magnifique plage Belle Mare. Une piscine privée et un parking viennent agrémenter le tout. En revanche, pas d'intimité dans et autour de la piscine, 2 caméras étant en permanence braquées dessus. Ces caméras devraient être braquées sur les murs d'enceinte, d'autant qu'il y a déjà un gardien dont la maisonnette donne... sur l'espace piscine également ! Les relations avec Annie (manager) n'ont pas été satisfaisantes et nous avons préféré contacter directement Ali, le propriétaire, via Abritel et par mail qui est charmant.

We are Ali and Maria Mansoor, an international family with years of experience renting our properties for visitors to enjoy and fall in love with the island of Mauritius.

Ali's professional bio:
Mr. Ali Mansoor was the Financial Secretary of the Ministry of Finance and
Economic Development in Mauritius and also the Director of Air Mauritius Ltd from 2006 to 2018. He previously occupied various positions in international organizations,
including as an Economist and a Senior Economist at the International Monetary Fund
(IMF), and as a Public Finance and Trade Economist, a Country Economist for
Madagascar and a Lead Economist for Europe and Central Asia Region at the World
Bank. He also served as the Executive Secretary of the COMESA Clearing House in
Zimbabwe. Mr. Ali Mansoor holds an MSc. in Mathematical Economics and
Econometrics from the London School of Economics and a Masters in Public Policy
from the Kennedy School of Government.
