Great for a getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo. Our family vacation with 11 people was great. The beach was super crowded but that’s expected around July 4th.

Majestic

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall unit was not very clean! Light bulb out in bathroom. The resort itself is beautiful and staff is very friendly. This unit however is outdated and furniture is not comfortable!

The condo could use a fresh coat of paint. Overall great location, outstanding views of the gulf from the balcony and master bedroom. Really enjoyed the heated indoor pool each day. Four of us stayed the week and the condo was comfortable and spacious. I would definitely stay here again!

Fall getaway

This was a perfect place for the seven of us family members to stay for five nights. Very satisfied with the roominess of the condo, big balcony on the oceanfront, close to so many restaurants and other attractions. Would definitely stay there again!

The condo was in a good location with excellent amenities. The room definitely needs updating with new painting, new couches, and a deep clean. We were only left with 2 towels and one wash cloth per bed. There was no comforter or blanket provided for the top bunk or for the pull out couch. After contacting the host, we were provided with more towels/wash cloths and 1 comforter. The pullout couch was not usable so we had to purchase an air mattress and blanket. The master bedroom light blew out the same day we arrived, and was never fixed. The bedroom with 2 beds blew out, but that one was fixed. The dryer takes multiple cycles to dry a load, even after my nephew cleaned out several built up areas of lint.

We had a wonderful stay, but the hike from our car in the parking garage to our room at the far end of Tower 1 was ridiculously long! For that reason, I will not stay there again. The resort itself was very nice, though.

Condo review

This condo is a perfect place to stay if you have a big group going on vacation! There was plenty of room for 13 people to sleep comfortably and have their own space. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. The location is great, great access to the beach, several pools and several restaurants and bars within walking distance. Definitely recommend staying here!

Nice location

Condo was in the perfect location. Beautiful views of the beach. Only complaint is the resort closes the pools too early at 10pm. We have been to many other resorts who kept the pools open longer and that was nice for the late night folks. Also the beach chairs with umbrellas do not come included, and that an extra charge per day. Would return.

It was clean but needs some work done on it the closet door in master bathroom is on backwards and the cabinet doors in the kitchen are not hung correctly causing the paint to get peeled off the bottom of the doors

We had a beautiful view of the beach from our large balcony, it was a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning. The condo had a lot of space! The pool was really nice, my boys definitely enjoyed the hot tub. The management team was responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely go back to Panama City Beach again!

Beach condo

The condo was beautiful, and came with a starter kit to get us going to the first couple of days. It was equipped with all the cookware we needed for each of our meals. The beds were very comfy. And O.M.G. the water pressure in the shower was just amazing!! The beach was absolutely breath taking. We loved our stay here. We will be back!
