Our family had the best time on the lake. We enjoyed the boat dock and the boat ramp was very close. The house is older but well maintained inside. The walk to the water was easy as well. We would definitely stay here again.

We came in town for our first UT Football game on Labor Day. We had 8 people and all slept comfortably there. Ashley was very helpful in our planning process to rent a boat from the Concord Marina and where to park for the game. We used the gas grill to make pizzas and grill out. Having the extra refrigerator space came in handy for a large group that likes to cook. Having the dock to tie the pontoon up to was huge as well. Lovely experience.

It was a great space to meet the needs of 5 adults, toddler and infant visiting a daughter nearby who just had a baby. We were only at the property at night and early mornings. Kitchen was updated, well stocked and spacious. Beds comfortable. Common areas fit our needs. Bathrooms stocked and clean. Thankful for laundry areas. Property was rustic and dated. Weather was on and off rain so we did not use the pavilion or grill. The host was responsive to all our questions. Overall I gave it a good rating and served the purpose nicely for our trip to TN!

Great Place

Plenty of space with two levels and having a kitchen on both was nice. Pretty views of the lake. The covered pavilion was a great place to hang out. Thanks for letting us stay.

Great stay!

We had a wounderful time at the house. Our group was playing for the Big Ears festival, and we had a few days off after our show. It was nice to relax out of the city, by the river! Enough room for 7 people and a lot of nice spaces to hang outside!

Easter visit

Our daughter attends UT and we wanted a place that had a vacation feel on the water yet close enough to visit her in town and participate in campus events. This was perfect. Everyone had a great time. The rental was spacious and had a great outdoor space to enjoy.

Louisville Lakefront House with Firepit, Covered Pavilion and Boat Dock

We had an awesome time at this lakefront house!! We stayed here with family for graduation from UTK, and the house and location were great for our needs. It is close to UTK, the airport, tons of shopping, tourist spots, and everything in Knoxville. We also got to discover Maryville which is nearby, and that seemed like a great town, too! The house is well stocked with everything one might need. Overall, it was clean, but a few spots inside needed dusting. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The showers and water pressure were great. The towels were soft and cozy. The hot water lasted from shower to shower! The central air kept the house cool, and every room has a ceiling fan which was a bonus!!! There were a ton of spaces inside to hang out, and my family loved the foosball gaming space. We used every area and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The fire pit was awesome to use at night. We just needed some fire pit tongs to manage the firewood in the pit. The covered pavilion and barbecue area were great, too, though it could have used a little blowout and cleaning before we arrived. The walkway from the house to the covered pavilion and to the fire pit needs more lighting and a steadier pathway, but overall, it was a cool space to hang out in!!! We loved the dock, and got in some fishing, so that was a bonus!!! We had a great time, and would recommend this house and would consider it again should we return to the area and need to stay with a large group.
