Tybee Beach Club 137は、TybeeのMid IslandビーチにあるBeachside Colonyリゾートに位置する最上階の3ベッド��ームのコンドミニアムです。 広々としたコンドミニアムでは、一年中家族で日光浴を楽しめます。 コンドミニアムには、コミュニティの中庭、3つのプール、そして大西洋を見渡す専用バルコニー付きの広いオープンプランのリビングエリアがあります。 家��すべての設備を備えた休暇中にリラックス。 調理したくないですか？ Beachside ColonyにはThe Deckがあり、ここではビーチを見渡すオープンデッキで食事を楽しめます。

広々とした居心地の良いフロアプランには、薄型テレビとスリーパーソファが備わる広々としたリビングエリアがあります。 ダイニングエリアには最大6名までの十分な席があり、朝食バーでは3席を追加できます。 広いオー���ンコンセプトのキッチンには、食器洗い機、ライティングデスク、さらにはウェットバーもあります。

マ��ターベッドルームスイートにはキングサイズベッドと薄型テレビが備わっています。 付属の広いマスターバスルームには、ガラス張りのウォークインシャワーと大きなバスタブがあり、ビーチで長い1日を過ごした後のくつろぎにぴったりです。 最初の客室にはクイーンサイズベッドとテレビがあり、2番目の客室にはツインベッド2台とテレビが付いています。 2つのゲストルームは、ウォークインシャワー付きのJack-nJillバスルームを共有しています。

Beautiful Condo and View

Very spacious, well decorated condo. Beautiful view and location. Have to walk a bit to get to beach but worth it. Pool area was great and having a bar with food right on the property was an added plus.

Quiet bachelorette weekend

My friends and I had a great beach weekend and used the large kitchen to cook ourselves multiple meals. We sat on the porch to have coffee in the morning, and sat around the dining table in the evenings. It was wonderful!

Floors throughout the condo need a good professional cleaning. The photo below shows bottoms of our feet within the first 30 minutes of each day. We were extremely happy with the location.

Awesome view and location with a few issues

The view and location are spectacular. It was a comfortable place to stay and when in your room you didn't hear alot from other rooms and outside noise was to a minimum. Floors were dirty, we had black feet if you walked around barefoot. The fridge isnt in great shape with broken shelves and messed up icemaker, but other than that we had a great stay. There was some confusion with tv remotes but we figured it out and took a little bit to figure out how to unlock front door.

Perfect location on Tybee Island

The condo was spacious, clean, well equipped and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was lovely — the pictures are not doctored! The pool and beach were easy to get to. Having the restaurant on site was a bonus. The food, ambiance and prices were all great. Management was quick to respond to our minor maintenance issues. When we arrived, someone had accidentally hit the “help” button in the elevator. A voice immediately asked if we needed help. It made us feel safe. The only criticisms we have are minor: more towel racks are needed, more hangers would be appreciated. It would be nice to have a living room side table with a lamp for evening reading- the overhead lights are very bright. Lighting in the hallway must be addressed. We needed to fish out our cell phones to use a flashlight to see the keypad to let ourselves in, it was so dim. We would definitely love to stay in this condo again and would recommend it to anyone.

One problem!

Left 2 little girls jackets there on kitchen chair, discovered and called within 30 minutes of leaving to alert property manager, so they could tell housekeeping to get. Filled out the online form right then with giving credit card number to pay for the shipping back. As of now, 3 weeks later no return of the jackets. Called the property manager and the person on the phone was VERY RUDE! Says - we have not got the jackets, and when we do will send and hung up. Apparently the house cleaners they use will NOT RETURN LEFT ITEMS THERE. Both jackets were name brand, very expensive, so guess House cleaners kept. Guess this company needs to screen their house cleaners better plus be nicer on the phone when you call then to ask about the situation! Will not use this company again when going to Tybee

Great condo. Comfy and spacious

We were surprised by the comfortable floor plan. Very spacious. Giant eat in kitchen. 3 big bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms and a terrace overlooking the ocean. Overall a great stay.

Getaway

The accommodations were nice. The outside lights were not on which made it hard to put in the code to open the door. We did discover a porch light switch (not labeled) which made it easier to see. Plus the lights along the path to the door was not lit. Very dark hallway which did not make us feel safe. One bedroom could use some new paint. Other than those 2 issues, it was great.

Close to perfect

This was the perfect getaway for our family. The apartment was big and spacious. The location is perfect. The convenience of the onsite restaurant, pools and beach access were a plus. The rental agency made the check in process so easy. They were very communicative and readily available if I had any questions. The only downside to our entire stay is that it was obvious the floors were not cleaned before our arrival. Which was shocking since all other aspects of the apartment were spotless. The floors were covered in sand. The kitchen countertops and barstools had large amounts of sand on them. Even one of the beds had sand in it.

The place was absolutely beautiful. The condo was nicely decorated and a great location. The beds were hard as a rock though. We did opt to stay an additional night due to the space and room we had. The check In process was misrepresented. They stated on the original phone call that there would not be an issue checking in early since I was arriving with a toddler. I never received the text stating the room was ready and had to set in my car w a 2 year old for 3 hours after a ten hour drive.

We absolutely loved our stay! We will definitely use Tybee Vacation Rentals again. It made everything so easy for planning our vacation. It was beautiful being right by the ocean, and our view was amazing! This picture was from the night we arrived. There was a beautiful full moon shining right above the water...so breathtaking! The picture doesn’t quite capture it.
