This home is beautiful with a fantastic layout. The open main floor flows onto a large wraparound patio, making it a wonderful gathering space. Downstairs are three bedrooms, two baths, and the laundry room. The primary suite is spacious with a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen, but the third has a full-size bed (not a queen), which is better suited for one adult. Our biggest disappointment was the condition of the home upon arrival. It was extremely hot inside, and we discovered there is no A/C. Although the listing doesn’t advertise A/C, we were told fans would be provided, but they were not. We ended up buying three fans ourselves. The home also was not cleaned to the standard I expected. Floors and headboards had built-up dust, the bedding had dust and hair, the coffee maker was dirty, and the garbage disposal had a persistent odor.We also lost power to one bedroom and the laundry room. It wasn’t repaired until the following evening, and the issue returned two days later. The Ninja blender was also heavily worn despite the listing highlighting newer appliances. While the property management company responded to my calls, I didn’t feel they showed much urgency or empathy regarding the issues we experienced. For a home costing over 6,200 for one week, I expected much better preparation, cleanliness, maintenance, and guest care. This home has tremendous potential, and I truly hope the owner addresses these issues because it could be exceptional.
