Location, Location, Location. Pigeon Point is located in downtown Beaufort, plus this cottage is just blocks away from renown Christensen Park and Pigeon Point Boat Landing. Take a carriage tour through historic Beaufort, visit the Pat Conroy Literary Center, spend a day at the BEACH, or go boating or fishing. Home was renovated in 2023 and has new kitchen and bathroom. Sleeps 5 comfortably. 2 BR with queen beds, office w. roll-away twin, 1 full bath, dining room, and bonus room with laundry. Outdoor patio w. string lights, grill and fire pit. Home comes w four cruiser bikes in shed. New host for property. OysterCatcher had a 9.9 rating on VRBO with last host.

OysterCatcher was the perfect home base for our trip to Beaufort! It's an updated cottage in the perfect location near Pigeon Point Park and so close to downtown.

We had a nice stay at Oystercatcher.The property was very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. It is located in a nice, walkable to downtown, quiet neighborhood and host was responsive to questions and issues that popped up.

Great location

We spent our stay visiting my daughter at the MC Airstation and the location was perfect! It’s very close to it, as well as Parris Island, Shell Beach, and downtown. We felt very comfortable and loved its coziness.

We stayed at the OysterCatcher for almost two weeks, I believe. We were in between selling our home in Beaufort and closing on our new home out of state and the house was perfect for what our family of five needed. My husband and I both work from home and we were easily able to set up our workspaces in the office and the small sitting room off the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: pots and pans, utensils, a drink pitcher, panini press, waffle iron! Seriously? It was great to not need anything for our stay that we had packed and in storage. One of the prettiest parks in Beaufort is just a block away, full of a canopy of huge live oaks with tons of Spanish moss. It was a favorite of ours already and we were able to get out on the provided beach cruisers and take a ride to the park and around their gravel trails. If you follow Pigeon Point Road all the way past Emmons, you run into the water where we had the most amazing sunsets!! I wish we had known about this spot while we lived there! Amazing! A great spot for a picnic at sunset. They were very accommodating to our situation and made the stay one of our less stressful experiences of our move. The laundry room was a huge bonus for our family since we were living out of suitcases. Very cute little beach bungalow in Beaufort! Would definitely stay there again if we ever are back in town.

Everything was as it was advertised. The home was clean, kitchen well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The proximity to the Pigeon Point boat landing as well as Bay St is great. Our kids rode the bikes all over the downtown area. Highly recommend this home.

Pigeon Point is close to downtown on the Beaufort River. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance to downtown. Great for boaters who want to launch boat/kayaks from boat landing. The best park in Beaufort for kids is a few houses away.

This home was completely remodeled in 2023. New kitchen, bathroom, paint and refinished floors. This home was hosted on VRBO since 2023 and had a 9.8 rating with over 30 reviews. Host retired and now starting over with new host.
