Great location and comfortable home

We had a wonderful stay during Thanksgiving week! The location was ideal to all the sites and on a beautiful street to bike ride and walk. The house was set up perfectly, with a cute backyard and a nice balcony we used to watch the sunsets. The kitchen was stocked enough for us to even make Thanksgiving dinner! Cute house and the owner was very easy to communicate with. We hope to come back for another stay soon!

Don't think twice, book it!

We stayed here while waiting for our moving van. The property is in a quiet and very safe neighborhood super close to downtown. The home was clean, comfortable, and the host has thought of everything you might need. It was really nice having the whole house with a gorgeous back yard. I will definitely recommend this location to others visiting St Augustine. Thank you, Nick!

Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Close to many attractions and great restaurants!! House was comfortable and clean. Very easy check in and check out process. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation location

Just across the bridge from downtown St. Augustine which was a 10 minute bike ride. Centrally located for many tourist attractions, short car ride (or bike) to Anastasia State Park and beach. House was clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Outdoor space in back yard was a plus. Owner was great.

Great Location

Stumbled onto here several years ago

Beautiful suburban neighborhood less than a mile to the St Augustine historic district and conveniently located near the beaches, restaurants and shopping. It has it all. Including a helpful landlord nearby!

Great home in a perfect location in St Augustine

Our group of 4 adults (2 couples) stayed for one week. We loved the house. It was spotless, had a kitchen with everything we needed, and was close to the Lions bridge to the sites of historic St. Augustine as well as the beautiful Anastasia State park with its gorgeous beaches. We also enjoyed sitting outside and having a private fenced in backyard where our small dog could run without being leashed. The neighborhood was quiet with well kept homes. Our host Nicholas was easy to reach for questions and he was available if we needed anything. ( We didn’t need a thing though) We enjoyed the comfortable beds. We would stay here again.

Great lodging in St Augustine

This house met all of our needs. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to eat in the majority of our meals. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog and we enjoyed reading on the outdoor patio.

Another great Christmas in St Augustine

This was our second stay at Nick's property and it was perfect. First, Nick is an excellent host. The first couple days, we had a couple questions and his responses were immediate and helpful. Secondly, the house is clean and comfortable. It's well stocked. Everything is where it should be. Thirdly, the yard is terrific for my dog. He had a ball back there chasing squirrels and birds and would wear himself out. Lastly, the location is perfect. It's a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Downtown is only minutes away(unless the bridge is up). Gypsy Cab is around the corner. The beaches are close by, as are the grocery stores and big box stores. We have already booked next year's trip and hope for many more. Thanks, Nick.
