Quick get-away with family

The house was lovely, and laid out very nicely - huge kitchen, large spaces, and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to spread out. Views from the patio were lovely - with a small stream running along the property.

The house is beautiful, the bedrooms very nice, the living room was a wonderful gathering spot. We loved the sauna and jacuzzi. I would note that the pots and pans are on the small to medium size, so it was challenging to cook for our group of six. Also, the fireplace had a tricky draft. But there is plenty of firewood, and we just enjoyed hanging out there. Would stay again.

Thank you for the review! We’re so glad you found the house beautiful, enjoyed the bedrooms, and made great use of the living room as a gathering space — and that the sauna and jacuzzi were highlights of your stay. We appreciate you letting us know about the pots and pans and the fireplace draft. We’ve shared this feedback with our team so we can make improvements. We’d love the opportunity to welcome you back.

The house is beautiful and well appointed, with plenty of room for a large group. The listing is not clear that there is no central air conditioning and is only available in two bedrooms with separate units(one unit was not working during our trip, this could be fixed.). There are a number of fans to keep air moving, but for a warm month rental we wish this had been more clear. The setting is beautiful and the kitchen had everything you could need. Easy access to Quechee and Woodstock and NH.

Thank you for your review and for choosing to stay with us. We’re so glad to hear that you enjoyed the home, the beautiful surroundings, and the convenient location. It’s wonderful to know that the spacious layout worked well for your group and that the kitchen had everything you needed during your stay. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the air conditioning. We understand that this was an important aspect of your stay, especially during a warmer month, and we’re sorry that the setup and expectations were not as clear as they could have been. Your comments are extremely valuable, and we’ll be sure to share them with our team as we continue working to improve both the guest experience and the accuracy of our listing information. Thank you again for your feedback. We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the home overall, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
