The hosts were absolutely fabulous before, during and after our stay. The home is spacious and welcoming with all of the basics. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the cookware and utensils you’ll need to make a meal. The view from the front porch or the upstairs balcony is amazing- we spent a lot of time just listening to and watching the water and breathing in the salty air. The back yard is private and secluded with a nice fire pit area. This house is in a quiet neighborhood in Sunnyside on the far west end of the beach. We had a truly wonderful stay over winter break and can’t wait to go back in the summer.

Perfect Beach Property!

The house was so nice! It was larger than we anticipated as it seemed to look smaller in the pictures. There was more than enough room for our family of 6. The house was very clean and had everything needed to make our stay easy. We loved the blue ribbon wrapped towels and complimentary soaps - this was a really nice touch and gave a welcoming feel. We were all so happy to have the beach access directly across the street, which made for easy beach days. We really loved the Pelican’s Nest and will definitely book this property again!

Spring break family vacation

This is our fifth or sixth time to the area for spring break with our boys and this was a wonderful stay. Everything you need and right across the street from beach access! Shopping and activities are close yet is far enough from the busy areas so young families can enjoy the quiet. Highly recommend! Thank you!!

Great vacation!

The house was perfect for us! My husband, kids (18-18-14) and myself. It’s a quiet and comfortable neighborhood! The walk to the beach was short and easy! Lots of space outside! We had everything that we needed. My husband and I are already talking about coming back on a couples trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is as described. It feels larger because of the basic layout with the outside area being quite expansive. There is a nice area for a picnic as well as a fire pit and a peaceful area/ second drive. The only downfall was the mattress in the upstairs bedroom. Either the mattress needs changed or at least turned as there were some deep grooves. We had a fabulous time as we spent most of our week on the beach and in the water. An outside shower would have been wonderful with the many, many showers we took daily but I don't know where it would have been conveniently located. The views were incredible!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at the house. The house was clean. What we loved most was the view of the ocean from the balcony in the upstairs bedroom and from the front porch.

Fun House with great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a great location. Beach access right across the street. We arrived to a clean house with a good amount of cooking utensils to use. (Bring seasonings though) We had 4 adults and were very comfortable in the house. We did have to go by a fan to help keep the upstairs room cool enough. The A/C didn't seem to be able to keep up. 74 minimum temp at night is a little warm. There was a grill that was a nice surprise. Overall though the house was great. We would rent the house again. We would definitely go through Blue Swell again. They were excellent to deal.with and very informative. Thank you!

Great location and home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house had a great price for all the room and was so close to the beach. The upstairs balcony had a great view of the beach and sunset at night! Would love to come stay again

Great Getaway !!
