This was a wonderful place to get away from the city for a few days. It is near to the owner's house, but it was not an issue at all, you have your own dock and place to be by the lake. The cottage is very clean and comfortable, with a very nice deck and barbecue. Nice swimming off the dock, no weeds, and a ladder entry. The host were very accommodating, with easy communication. Highly recommended.

We just returned from a week stay at this lovely cottage. It was the most relaxing vacation we have had. The hosts are terrific. The cottage has everything you could possible need. The grounds are spectacular. We are already planning our stay for next year.

In a word: Amazing!We loved everything about our Lakebreeze retreat. The cottage is clean and comfy. The property is well maintained and has lots of shade. The lake is clean and clear of any sea weed. The hosts were warm and welcoming. I would definitely book it again.

A very beautiful and great location, very relaxing, quiet, cozy with direct access to the majestic Cameron Lake! We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this cottage. It is fully equipped and has everything you need! The owners live next to the cottage, they were very discreet and respected our privacy. They also gave us delicious lemon cakes during the week and muffins for the road upon our departure. We appreciated that.The only negative points to mention here are the following: We were greeted in an unexpected and "funny" manner by Karen Low as she seemed annoyed by us passing by her address and "not reading her instructions" as she stated. Then we asked her where we should park and she responded: "where would you like to park?" in a "snappy" and curt tone to my husband. This made us feel very uncomfortable to begin with, unfortunately.Karen also came knocking at our door at 10:00 am the day of our departure, bringing muffins to us but it felt like we were being a bit pressured and pushed to leave with that gesture (we left at 10:45 am precisely and checkout is at 11:00 am).A suggestion: If you are in the hospitality business, please greet your visitors with more kindness, courtesy and friendliness as opposed to irritation and impatience. This is why we won't be rebooking again at this location.

We had a great week at the cottage. My daughter enjoyed swimming, fishing off of the dock, and the local towns restaurants. The cottage was clean and had all of the basic necessities for us. Karen stopped by with some great baked goods for us to enjoy. The fishing was good, and we caught lots of bass and pike both from the dock and on my boat. I’d recommend for anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

This was our 6th stay at this property. The first four were in the smaller cottage and the second two have been in the larger one. The cottage and property are impeccably maintained and the owners are available should you need anything. Cameron lake is gorgeous, quiet and clean.I can’t recommend this property enough. We have already booked next year.

Our fourth amazing week getaway at LakeBreeze. And this year we were greeted by a loon family of 4 almost every day. As usual, everything spotlessly clean and Karen and Stu discretely available if needs be.

Relaxing and refreshing

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Karen, who took the time to walk us through everything we needed to know about the property. Her hospitality immediately made us feel at home.The surrounding area is truly spectacular. I’ve had the chance to travel extensively, but this cottage stay stands out as one of the most memorable and peaceful experiences I’ve ever had. The setting is the perfect blend of comfort and nature. We found ourselves so relaxed that we didn’t even feel the need to explore beyond the property—it was all right there.The private beach is a real gem—ideal for swimming and perfect for boat rides. We brought our own inflatable and spent hours on the water. The stillness and natural beauty of the place are absolutely captivating. One of our favorite spots was the dreamy dock, where we would sit late into the night stargazing or wake early to watch the sunrise over the lake. It was magical.The cottage itself was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Every detail was considered, making it an easy and truly restful stay.I actually tried to rebook for this summer, but unsurprisingly, it was already sold out!If I had one small suggestion to make an already amazing experience even better, it would be to provide a small kayak or canoe for guests to enjoy the lake even more fully.Highly recommended—we can’t wait to return when we get the chance!

Cameron Lake Holiday

The property is well maintained and the access to the lake and the dock were exactly what we wanted. The 2 bedroom cottage was perfect fo 2 grand kids and grand parents as the majority of the time we the lake was our playground.

Great place. Great location. Owners really nice

We only stayed for 3 days but it was really nice. Karen and Stuw went out of their way to make us feel really welcome. The secluded location is far enough away from Fenelon Falls to provide some detachment from everything if you want that but close enough to it to get there easily if you don’t. Accommodation was very clean and had just about everything in it that you’d need, especially in the kitchen area. The only thing that perhaps we would have appreciated would have been drapes or blinds on the double patio doors leading to the deck from a privacy perspective. That won’t stop us from going again though.

Beautiful getaway

My wife, daughter and I spent 4 nights at this beautiful cottage. The property is so well kept and stunning. We spent some time with Karen and Stew and they are incredible people who offered suggestions for food and recreation upon our arrival. Stew even went out of his way to repair my boat trailer for me. We caught pike, walleye, largemouth and smallmouth bass, perch, sunfish and rock bass. My 8 year old little girl landed a 30+ inch pike on our first time on the water. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet getaway in a great location. We definitely plan to be back next year. Thank you Karen and Stew

Quiet Family Vacation

For us as a family of 3 it is the perfect place to get away from the heat and noise of the city. We enjoyed swimming, barbecueing, playing board games at night at the kitchen table. The cottage is small yet very comfortably sleeps up to 4 people. It's a very short 10 minute drive into Fenelon Falls for supplies. The cottage is steps away from the lake, which is relatively shallow and private so it's good if you have kids and don't want to deal with rowdy neighbors. We find this to be a great retreat from the city, at the same time we were able to connect to the elements of urban life that we wanted to due to the satelitte tv and wifi.

A BEAUTIFUL AND QUIET SETTING.

The property is naturally beautiful with attractive landscaping, plenty of trees and views and access to the lake. The hosts are very friendly. They make you feel welcome immediately. The cottage is comfortable with quite a generous deck and outdoor eating area. It is a lovely private and tranquil vacation spot.

Another Amazing Stay at Lakebreeze Resort

Great property, great location and amazing hosts. This little cottage on Cameron Lake is a perfect getaway spot. It is clean, modern and beautifully maintained. Wifi is fast. Karen and Stu are readily available and will work to make right anything that needs their attention. This was our fifth stay and we are already booked for next year.

Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed our four days stay, a great cottage to spend time in with our overseas friends! The banana loaf and fresh Ontario strawberries were a lovely surprise from our host.

We were fortunate to buy this property in 2005 and from there have built a log home, and completely updated two cottages on the property, which we now rent on VRBO. The lakefront boasts 3 marine railways and 3 docks for use while you are staying with us.

Swimming or sitting on the dock with a beverage is a wonderful way to watch the birds, boats, and even the fish. Bring your rods, and see who catches the first one !

Cottage has all new hickory flooring, a kitchen with stove top, full size frig and freezer, microwave and all kitchen utensils and serving ware. Enjoy a stay in a cozy two bedroom, one bath cottage. Heat and A/C for your ultimate comfort, regardless of weather.
You have your own private deck and BBQ, Sit on the dock and watch the sunrise, or moonscape in the evening and listen to the loons. In the evening - start your own cozy fire in the firepit (wood provided) located at the edge of Cameron Lake.
