4 Season cozy cottage on a beautiful big lot with 116 feet of clean, sandy-bottom waterfront just 90 minutes from
Durham and 2 hours from Toronto. Spend your days outside, enjoying the level, 0.5 acre treed lot. The clean, serene water is perfect for paddling and swimming, or explore Moore Lake to the north for more active water sports.

Dive into the clean deep water off 2 large docks by day, and roast marshmallows under the stars at the waterside newly renovated fire pit with pergola with lights in the evening.

Perfect for young couples or families with kids so you can enjoy sitting under the umbrella on a lounge chair right on the deck by the water while the kids are enjoying sliding down the slide into the water or go for a nice canoe ride down the gull river. The cottage has WIFI, Netflix and Amazon Prime. It's a 2 bedroom cottage plus bunkie which has 2 queen beds.

The cottage comes fully equipped with pots/pans/utensils/linens and towels and a brand new bbq.

Things to do in summer:

Head over to Fenelon Falls which is 25 minutes from our place where you can try out the famous Kawartha Dairy ice cream
Take out our canoe for a nice scenic ride down Gull river into Moore or Shadow Lake
Let the kids enjoy our onsite slide and slip and slide right down into the water
Board games
Volleyball net that you can put up as needed
Conservation areas for scenic hikes

Things to do in winter:
Take the cold plunge challenge as the river normally does not freeze and melt away your worries in our outdoor barrel sauna to rejuvenate your body.
Head up to Sir Sam Ski and ride for skiing and snowboarding which is just 50 minutes from our place
Snowmobile tours
Conservation trekking

Grocery store:
9 minute to Coboconk which has a Foodland and small shops.
Eat at the famous Riverside Inn which is only 4 minutes away.

You can access a boat launch at Elliot Falls which is about a 2 minute drive from the cottage

Great spot for a family with teens. The main cottage was really nice and the bunkie was a nice bonus. We would go back in the future. The golf course nearby was very nice. Lots of trails nearby too.

Property was gorgeous! River was so calming, quiet, and clear. The yard has lots of seating area and beautiful fire pit. The screened gazebo was great and cozy patio furniture. We all loved using the kayaks, canoe and peddle boat and of course the slide. The ladder out of water was little loose bur still worked and there is a lower dock to easily get out by stepping on the rock there. Inside, kitchen has everything u could possibly need.. 2 queen beds were really comfortable and had a rollaway bed and twin mattress apposed to bunk beds mentioned in listing, which actually worked out better for us anyway. Bathroom was very clean as well. Overall we had an amazing time Would definitely return.
