Great location!

The location was amazing! Close to everything we wanted to see in Catania and lots of restaurants to choose from nearby. The apartment is very spacious and homey, we had a great stay!

Lovely Huge apartment

The apartment is exactly as described and how it looks in the pictures. The apartment is large with plenty of rooms and space. The location is great, just a couple of blocks from the Duomo and the main square. Plenty of great restaurants within a couple of blocks. Massimo's daughter Ambra was there to meet us at the apartment to tell us everything we needed to know. She was great and her english was excellent.

A spacious apartment in the center of Catania

This is a very nice, clean and spacious property with a very convenient location. The owner was very accommodating to our needs. Normally, check-in is in the afternoon but our plane was arriving at 7 in the morning and we were able to check in early. The owner helped us with directions and met us in the apartment and helped us orient ourselves. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

Great Location, Close to everything!!

Really enjoyed our stay at Amber's House! Only small issue was parking but everywhere in Sicily city centers parking is pretty hard to find. Great host! and great amenities!!

Friendly, helpful owner

We love the location and the apartment. Massimo was friendly and helpful. The only downside to us was there was nowhere to put our clothing and stuff. I assume Massimo lives there when not renting so every drawer and closet was being used by him.

Good Stay, like home away from home

Pleasant stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Massimo's home.It is bright and clean and centrally located. His home feels very lived in. Massimo was very friendly and helpful and gave us some good tips for the area. I would stay there again.

Well decorated and well equipped apartment close to Duomo Piazza

This is a beautifully decorated apartment and it provided comfortable accommodations for four older adults. Since the owner lives in the apartment when it is not rented out, it is very well equipped with cooking utensils. The owner was very responsive to our requests when we had issues with the water. The renter should be aware that there are a lot of steps to climb in order to gain access, and there is no elevator. Very conveniently located near restaurants, shopping and sightseeing.

Wonderful Catania apartment!

The apartment is spacious and allowed our family of four adults to spread out during our stay. It is clean and very well equipped--and was or is clearly somewhere the owner himself stays. It has an excellent location for exploring the main sites of interest in Catania. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend the apartment highly!

Perfect place

Our host Massimo was quick to respond with answers to our questions or requests. He recommended great restaurants and we enjoyed our dining experiences. The location of this property is perfect, just steps away from coffee and pastries, gelato, fresh fruit or a complete meal. We also enjoyed the sights and sounds of this historic area. We felt safe as we explored in the daytime as well as in the evening. Thank you Massimo for a most enjoyable stay. We highly recommend your property.

Wonderful apartment in Catania

This was a very nice spacious apartment in Catania. Location was very central, half way between Plaza Duomo and castle Ursino, but still quiet at night. Massimo was an excellent host, picking us up from the station at arrival and taking us to the airport when leaving. He even took us to Etna and Etnaland during our stay. Very recommended!

A Wonderful Oasis in the Heart of Catania

Massimo was a wonderful host for my week long stay in Catania. picking me up at the airport, even after, at the last minute, my arrival was delay by a day. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment was all that it was forecasted to be. It was very spacious & clean & centrally located in Catania. The well appointed apartment had everything one would want during their stay & an abundance of very good local restaurants to dine at. I look forward to my return trip to Catania & once again staying at La Casa di Ambra

Massimo's apartment could not have been better during our visit to Catania!!

Massimo's spacious, fully equipped apartment was even better than we had expected. It's perfect location close to the Fish Market and the Piazza Duomo was also near by many fine restaurants, cafes, and bars with easy access to all the sights and shopping. Massimo was kind enough to pick us up at the train station upon arrival and to arrange a transfer for us to the airport upon departure. This wonderful apartment made our experience in and around the city of Catania even more enjoyable. Grazie, Massimo !!!

Fantastic locations w all the amenities

Wonderful apartment. Host was tremendously gracious. Picked us up at airport and provided us with a map and identified all key tourist sites. Apartment is a few blocks from main plazas, large open air market, etc in the heart of old Catania. Easy to walk the neighborhoods or use taxis and trains to get around. Don’t recommend a rental car. Parking is too limited in crowded in the old city. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities for an extended stay. If you want to experience the local population, this is one way to do it! 5 stars for Sure.
