Romantic apartment 20 meters from Piazza Duomo, located in a historic building of the eighteenth century (Palazzo Sant'Alfano), with a delightful terrace with close views of the Duomo and the Church of the Badia, consisting of a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, a corridor, a bathroom with a large shower. The rooms are air-conditioned, with WiFi connection and equipped with a TV. The building, equipped with a lift, is located in the heart of Baroque Catania, with an entrance on the elegant Via Etnea.

Great place with a friendly host. What more can you ask for? The property was very clean, Fabio was a wonderful host, very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent, right outside a beautiful square with many restaurants, churches and other historical buildings. Steps away from the fish market, a park and public parking. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Catania.

The location of this cute apartment was a 10 out of 10 it could not have been better for accessibility everywhere with restaurants shopping all the main attractions. We did everything by Foote without any difficulty great location.Fabio constantly kept in touch as a great host making sure our stay was second to none. Thank you Fabio well done.As far as the apartment, we really kind of moved in and made it our own. It was so cute and perfect for a couple or a family of four.Thanks so much, Fabio. We will definitely be back to your part of the world and we would never look anywhere else so appreciated.

The best apartment I stayed in my trip

This is the best apartment I stayed in during my trip to Sicily. Fabio's apartment was in the perfect area for my stay. The view was amazing, the terrace was incredible, the king size bed was really comfortable. As soon as you step out onto the street you are immersed in the vibrancy of the main street of the old town. Fabio was a really nice host, he helped me with lots of tips and information. Thank you!!

What a lovely apartment! What a magic terrace!!

Oh, what a lovely apartment!! Right in the heart of the historical centre of Catania. Clean, cosy and with a breathtaking view of the cathedral and a wonderful baroque church right in front of you. I had no idea how magical it would be to spend time on that small, pretty terrace. Fabio welcomed me warmly and explained a lot about the apartment and gave me lots of tips about the surroundings. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a lovely holiday in this beautiful and exciting city!

Cozy apartment in downtown

I did a last minute reservation for this apartment. The host Fabio has been very kind in accommodating me for a short time staying during a business trip. Honestly speaking, I would have preferred to remain in the apartment for a couple of days.The location is strategic. Very close to the cathedral square. A beautiful view from the small balcony.The apartment is fully equipped with everything. It is a lovely solution for people travelling alone or a couple. Don’t forget to eat an ice-cream in the small ice-cream shop close to the building main entrance. It is an amazing experience.
