Very well presented apartment, very homely, ideal location. The windows open nicely onto the Piazza Bellini but more for standing in to have a drink and look over the piazza. There is a balcony over the back courtyard off the bedroom but not ideal to sit outside on - inside is well appointed anyway and plenty of bar options nearby.Host could do better on communication, basically no advance details other than a WhatsApp exchange whilst walking towards the Piazza. Check in was midday but there was a slight delay apparently because previous guests decided they wanted a late check out, so that flows on of course but wasn’t a huge impact. Host did reach out during stay to ask if all ok though.Apartment is very quiet notwithstanding overlooking the Piazza, the “noisier” establishments are more coffee shops and actually close pretty early.Bedroom is spacious but mattress wasn’t to my liking, very spongy. A small gripe, host really needs to invest in some wine glasses, there was one glass only (and more suited to a Tiramisu) plus 3 little glasses - ideal if you want to drink Marsala though. Would also be good to provide some coffee capsules like most other venues in Italy, there were 3 capsules for 2 people for 4 nights, we did have some of our own though but still nice to not to have to bring your own.
