Both bedrooms have king-size beds, a ceiling fan, a sliding door for access to an open balcony, and lots of sunlight and gulf breezes. The master bedroom has a TV, an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The guest bathroom has a tub and shower combined a few steps down the hallway.

The ground-floor garage has parking space for 1 car, a full-size washer and dryer, full-size refrigerator, BBQ grill, beach toys, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. A large beautiful sandy private beach is literally steps away.

The condo is within walking distance to the restaurants on the island. Or call the restaurant for a ride in their new golf-carts, just remember to give the driver a tip. There are lots of water activities to entertain yourself and the kids - fishing, kayaking, jet-skiing, etc. Or bring your bikes and travel up the island through the canopy road. There are some interesting trails at the public beach in the middle of the island (Blind Pass Beach) and at the southern end of the island (Stump Pass Beach).
