Annual Snowboarding Trip

Great property, 12 mins from Heavenly and 40 from Kirkwood. Lots of room for entertainment after the slopes with plenty of couches. The hot hub is a great plus, will stay here again!

Comfy house for a weekend in the snow

The house was very comfortable, and just as described. Plenty of everything we needed, and the hot tub was a great bonus. Oh, and really appreciated the snow removed from the driveway in the morning!

Perfect for family of 4 in South Lake Tahoe.

This place was as advertised; clean, quiet, and nice location, pretty much a perfect weekend housing for our family of four. Reservation, payment, and check in process was smooth with clear instructions - we didn't need to contact host for anything because it was really straightforward. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

1. Host interactons - I informed the host that the kitchen sink was clogged up and the garbage disposal not working. She did respond to that. However, there was no responses after that, when I asked about extra towels and if I needed to be at the house for the plumber to show up. I also informed her that we were checking out 2 days early, but didn't receive any acknowledgement.2. Amenities - Master BR fitted sheet was too loose which kept on slipping off the bed. Not enough towels. No bathrooms on the main floor, it was all on top floor. The shampoo and soap provided was only in personal size.

Loved our stay!

We had a great time staying at Dianne's lovely home. It felt very comfortable and homey! We loved using the jacuzzi in the evenings after grilling on the deck. The location was also perfect - quiet and away from the busier parts of South Lake Tahoe, but still close to hiking trails and beaches. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Home in a Great Location

Home is well-stocked with everything you need, my family of 5 was very comfortable staying there. Hot tub was a hit with the kids. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

The property and location were excellent just as stated in the post. The house was clean, great amenities and the hot tub was well maintained. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this property.

The peaceful Christmas getaway

We all loved the property and location! Situated in the perfect zone of "Not too far, but not too close " distance from lake Tahoe . It was just right for the family . Dianne was an excellent resource, and timely with messages making it a breeze getting to the property .

Great place for a family getaway!

South Tahoe Family Getaway

Nice location to all South Tahoe has to offer, clean property, comfy beds, fans in the rooms for when it’s hot, the kitchen has all the pots, pans, and utensils you need to prepare and eat meals. The neighborhood seems a little uptight but I respect their desire to keep a nice well mannered property and the owners seem kind. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Nice place

Very comfortable house. Nice area. We were able to walk in the evenings around the neighborhood. Very quiet at night. Worked great for a day trip to Lake Tahoe.
