Nice place. Wear flip-flops on the carpet, got some prickles in it. I’d recommend Capt. Diner for breakfast.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at this condo! The condo was clean and well equipped and perfect for a family of 5 (three teenagers). It seems like an older condo, but looks renovated and was nice! It is close enough to the beach to walk, (it’s a longish walk) and make sure you bring a wagon to carry all your beach stuff. Whitecap beach was really nice and clean. Check in and checkout was very easy too! We would definately stay here again!

Padre escape

Could have been better the bed and guest room was broke some of the family was broke drains or clogged no TV for 2-3 days on our fourth day of our six day vacation they're running and now trying to fix things we finally gave up and left on the 5th day and didn't even spend our 6 days there

Old but clean

The condo was very “old”, like probably most things are original. That wasn’t a surprise to me because it looked like that in the pics and I was ok with it. It was cleaned very well but it was hard to see past all the rusted fixtures, vents and hinges. The dryer didn’t work, just produced a burning smell. The living room furniture is very old and broken down and desperately needs to be replaced. The condo addition itself needs some exterior work like a good paint job but the pool was fabulous. I would stay at this condo addition again but not this unit, unless they replace the living room furniture and the kitchen faucet, which was difficult to move from one sink to the other. The beds are rather squeaky but comfortable. The unit is a little musty and could benefit from a good dehumidifier.

Summer stay

The property was very clean, open, and accommodating! The only thing to be aware of is pull out sofa bed is not comfortable you can feel every spring in bed. The bedroom beds are very comfortable! Great stay and communication with management highly recommended!

Very nice place

We enjoyed our stay. Place was clean & fit all of us well. The kitchen faucet is a little wonky to turn & I was a little worried I might break it when I turned it. Overall we would stay here again

We love Beach Club! This property is well maintained, comfy, has the Beach feel we like. Kitchen well stocked. Adequate sundries. Comfortable beds...everthing you need while soaking up some Vitamin Sea!

Place is great location but a few things wrong

First of all the main door does not lock on the inside, definitively not good w a toddler. He could easily open the door and be down the stairs in seconds, so we had to be really careful w him. Second my questions were not answered when I texted about things like pool key etc. also the railings on back patio loose, and master bathroom not very clean

Beach trip

Our stay was comfortable. Only complaint could use a little updating and the pool had a tendency to get over run by drinking adults after about 7pm. Other than that very clean and comfortable and would stay again.

We loved our stay! I’m sure owning a rental is hard but it could use some updating. Nothing major. Some fresh paint and a new couch would be fantastic! It was hard to sit and relax in the living room in the evenings because the couch was super uncomfortable. Overall, we would book again but it would be nice to see this happen.
