**TOURIST TAX**
We are required to charge a Municipal Tourist Tax on behalf of Loulé council, on bookings placed as from November 1st, 2024, as published in Diário da República 2nd Serie, no. 140, of July 22nd, 2024.
This tax is calculated up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights, per person aged 16 or over, and will cost as follows:
- Low Season (from November 1st to March 31st) – 1Eur per person/per night
- High Season (from April 1st to October 31st) – 2Eur per person/per night
The payment of this tax is due in cash upon check-in, or in advance by bank transfer.

House rules and suitability:
- Groups of youngsters and/or made up exclusively of individuals of the same gender may be considered and only upon request. Strongly recommend contacting us before booking, as we reserve the right to decline and cancel this sort of booking without a refund.
- Events and parties are not allowed.
- Pets not allowed
- Smoking outside only.

Vilamoura Villas - Excellent Company and Host

We arrived as a family of six with 2 adults and 4 children (11, 10, 8 & 7). The property was absolutely perfect for our family, safe and secure. Living spaces are excellent and the villa is really clean. The outside space offers a brilliant place for family freedom and fun with lawned and terraced areas. We had a problem with the pool as it was not clean when we arrived but immediately Paulo from Vilamoura Villas jumped in to help us. Within hours an army of people were there to try and rectify the pool situation. As soon as it became clear that the pool would not be rescued we were moved to another brilliant villa (Villa Casanova in the old village area) and a taxi was thrown on. We could not have been better looked after. Paulo was an absolute star and so helpful, he even went out of his way to check we were ok and settled in the new villa. You cannot ask for better support. We will definitely use Vilamoura Villas again thanks to Paulo. Paulo even helped us in locating the right and open supermarkets when we needed initial support as we arrived during a national holiday. A fantastic holiday and experience thanks to Paulo of Vilamoura Villas, he deserves a massive pat on the back.

Effort tres net à faire sur l'adresse: Villa Mathias ne figure pas sur les poteaux d'entrée. Pas de n° visible non plus. La haie, taillée depuis, cachait la maison qui est jaune (blanche sur les photos) Piscine glauque faute à la filtration obstruée en permanance par les graines de palmiers. Inutilisable. Remise à niveau urgente du lave linge; ne finit aucun programme de lavage. Bref, le sentiment de n'avoir eu qu'une partie de la prestation...

Férias em família

Casa com muito espaço interior e exterior, ideal para umas férias em família, piscina muito agradável e zona muito sossegada. No entanto necessita de alguns arranjos interiores e exteriores ex: Paredes e portas, iluminação exterior e falta de utensílios na cozinha. Férias muito agradáveis Recomendo

Last minute family break

Villa was good, as described, and everything was clean and functioning. Nice quiet area with easy access to Vilamoura. Management was very helpful and friendly in booking car hire, transfers etc.

Great family stay!

Excellent villa for a family to stay in. Quiet neighbourhood and garden gets plenty of sun during the day. Having the garden enclosed and having lockable gate means the children can run all around the villa and still be safe. Kitchen is well equipped for making meals and the BBQ is also great being next to the outside patio and pool. Bedrooms were very spacious, however could do with updating the bedding as some pillows were old and uncomfortable so was the large double bed mattress and a couple of the singles (too hard). Personal preference I know. All in all, a great stay and a great price!

Lovely villa, spacious with great pool and very peaceful.

This villa was ideal for what we wanted. We had a fantastic holiday and loved having the space to relax. There is ample room in the villa and it was much larger than we expected so great for our family. The villa is not as close to the centre as we thought and is not walkable but there is a great taxi service and a bar/eating place only a few minutes walk away. The pool area was very well kept and very quiet with a large pool which our kids loved. Paulo the owner was extremely helpful and made the visit easy. Only recommendations for improvement were better wifi, addition of air con and table/chairs/light for lovely balcony area. Otherwise everything was very positive and we would definitely go back.

De woning, tuin en zwembad is mooi en is compleet ingericht. Alles was schoon, de intichting is wel gedateerd.
