As always it’s great to stay at the Fontainebleau however the bow tie pool is under construction and we had to use the smaller pools. The resort was great, the staff was wonderful and we enjoyed being there

Great communication with the host. Amazing deal for access to Fountainebleau at a fraction of the price. Spacious room. Nice in room amenities. Room could use some updating. The light over the shower was out and the toilet was slow. Would absolutely stay again though.

I had a wonderful experience staying here during a recent conference. The suite was perfect, spacious, spotless, and beautifully kept. The hotel grounds were stunning and easy to navigate despite the size, with super convenient beach access and a massive pool area to relax in. It did get a bit crowded once Friday arrived, but that didn’t take away from the overall amazing stay. I’ll definitely be back!

Great spot for a trip to Miami Beach

The Fontainebleau is known for its luxury and this spot delivers. You get all the amenities of being a hotel guest with none of the upcharges: you can do room charges at the pool bar and the restaurants, etc. The unit itself is well-appointed; the owners have made great choices. It’s comfy without making you fear you’ll break something.

Property is as Described. Very nice and overly roomy We enjoyed that it was nestled in a corner which gives a sense of privacy. Owner/Mgmt. were very responsive and accommodating. Will stay again

Great experience. alot of perks with the owners suite ... parking spa etc. i was concerned after reading the description we would be in seperate area and we wouldnt have the same experience than if we stayed through the hotel but it was the same as if you rented through the hotel. if we come back to this resort i would stay here again

Hairs all over tub

There were hairs (likely the private area hairs) in and around the tub. Not just one which would have been bad enough but there were several. It was obvious that it had not been cleaned at all. We messaged the property manager and were told that they would be sending someone to clean. It never happened so we could not use the tub the whole time. Made me nervous about the cleanliness of the remainder of the unit as well.

Great communication with the owners

We had great communication with the owners. The room was nice and spaceous but very dated and not so clean (a little dusty in the bedroom and mold/rosty around the bath tub). Fridge could not be used as the hotel used it as mini bar and as soon as drinks are removed, you will be charged. The coffee machine and microwave were very much appreciated, especially because there are no coffee machines in the main building (Chateau) but you can purchase them for 10 bucks. I love that the apartment was in the Sorrento tower where the elevators came quickly. The elevator is in the Tresor tower took forever…I also loved the separate much quieter pool on the 5th floor of the Sorento tower. Also, the check in and check out were very fast in the Sorento front desk. All staff in the hotel were very nice. After our stay in this property we moved over to the main building which was very loud compared to the Sorrento apartment, which was very quiet. In the main building, the windows are not isolated so you hear the traffic and I woken up every morning from the loud gardening equipment 6:45.am. So this Vrbo apartment was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

Week Stay in Feb

We booked the unit for a week. As for the room itself, the description is accurate. I will add that it is at the end of the hallway which makes it very quiet. The unit is handicap accessible As for the view it overlooks a turnaround drive for the Sorrento Tower, it gets minimal traffic. We selected the housekeeping option of every other day, with taxes and fees comes to $85 per service, once profit for the resort. The unit itself does need some minimal upkeep ie chair nicks, the refrigerator needs replacement it makes unusual sounds and can be loud. At checkin we were asked when we booked for it appears future reservations will not have access to the Spa and Valet parking . Be sure to verify It was a great week, plenty of restaurants in walking distance the resort did have a conference in that required some venues to have only private events they could have communicated that at arrival. Overall postive experienced

Great value at a nice resort

The unit we stayed in is a bit run down, the toilet paper holder was not attached, the sheets were not clean but they took care of it by bringing us sheets. The discount was very good so we did not mind the small issues we had. It is a great value in a really nice hotel.

We loved Fontainebleau!

My wife and I took a short trip to Fontainebleau for our anniversary and loved it! This suite is great with lots of room, close to the elevators and we enjoyed being on the 3rd floor as elevators can get crowded at times. We didn't mind not having a balcony as there are lots of common areas to hang out day or night. Fontainebleau can get pricey ($25/per drink at the pool after tax/auto gratuity) so making drinks at the room or bringing your own to the beach helps. Security does not allow outside food or drinks at any of the main pools BUT the Sorrento Tower has a private pool on the 5th floor with an AMAZING view and was always DEAD with no security to stop you. Valet was nice but plan on calling 20-30 min ahead for your car. We would 100% stay here again!

Outstanding in every aspect!

Amazing property with great special access to amenities included in a more than fair price! My wife loved being pampered in the spa and then lounging and mingling by the pools and on the adjacent and easily accessed Beach! This place has far more class than what we have encountered in South Beach. The clientele, the staff, the amenities, etc are all high grade and high quality, and safety and security were never a concern. Amazing restaurants on site, and multiple bars on site that we never had a problem getting into on a moments notice, but that’s not to say they weren’t regularly packed as this seems to be a super popular place! We will definitely return and my wife wants to stay in this same apartment again next time we come.
