Views for days, close to everything and excellent host!

This property is amazing and we were really happy to be in unit 4 because it sits the highest and has incredible views on both sides. It never got old, eating breakfast or watching the surfers and sunsets on the deck. The master bedroom has a jetted bathtub in the corner and even the shower has an awesome view on the bayside. The house was close to everything and we enjoyed walks on the boardwalk and playing with our son at the park right out front. can’t wait to come back!

Great location

We had a wonderful stay cation. Alot of fun great location and very quiet. Right on the beach located close to every thing.

Great Location, lacks pride of ownership

We cleaned cobwebs and spiders from skylights and picked up broken pieces of molding and other things laying around before we could even unpack. The unit does have a spectacular view and is in a great location. It has a lot of character, but definitely lacks the quality of ownership. It is habitable just lacking lots of simple maintenance like the toilet paper roll holder hanging from the wall, chairs that would topple if you sat on them wrong, and a lot of deferred maintenance just painted over. Probably we would stay here again, just for the dynamite view - but the poor maintenance was definitely noticeable and a detraction from the experience.

perfect location

The location of this rental can't be beat. Walking distance to markets and fun local establishments, and a fabulous view of the ocean. The home itself has some deferred maintenance, but it's clean and comfortable. Wifi is not reliable, if that's important to you.

Love this place!

All the amenities were perfect and the location was terrific if you want the beach without the crowds. Everything is within walking distance. We look forward to coming back. Soon!

A true blessing

This was a fabulous short vacation. The accommodations were lovely. The condo was bright with natural light and very comfortable. The view of the beach and ocean was magnificent from the deck. We made memories of a lifetime! Monique, owner was extremely accommodating! The only thing I would recommend not parking anything larger than a small car in the garage- too tight for comfort.

Run down and unsafe. Property was NOT as advertised.

Property was run down, doors falling off hinges, water damage and musty smelling. Unsafe floor level windows with no screens. Left property after one night with bug bites. The rest of the windows and doors not painted shut, had no screens. Tried to negotiate with renters to receive refund and have not gotten a response.

Amazing

We loved our stay! The home is in a great location in south mission beach. Unit is well kept and cozy. We enjoyed the free beach toys and bikes.

Beach is great, house not so much

If you book this house for the beach you will enjoy the beach. Just don't plan on enjoying the house much. Parking for anything other than a sub compact is impossible. The house needs work to all parts of it. A lot of lights didn't work, most of the drawer pulls were broken off, the BBQ didn't work. They have some beach toys for the kids which is nice, but don't expect to use the bikes, they are on their last legs. The wireless internet only works if you on the balcony, so it obviously is set up in the other units and just doesn't reach this unit. Our contact was very good though, responded quickly and helped arrange other parking options. We enjoyed our time here because it was on the beach and that is what we came for, wish the house was in better shape because this is a prime location.

Dear Aaron, Thanks for your review. We updated the BBQ grill, the handles, replaced the bulbs and we got a new, stronger router. Thanks for pointing put those things as we are happy to fix it. The parking spot is narrow, but anything up to a width of 74.5" fits for sure.
