Perfect stay in Paris

We had a wonderful stay in our Saint Germain Luxury 3 bedroom. The location and the apartment were absolutely perfect. I would not change a thing. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. Thanks Nastasia! We will definitely be back!!

April in Paris 2024

We are three retired American couples who enjoy traveling together yearly. We have all been to Paris multiple times and chose to spend the last week of April in this lovely flat. Because we are retired, we all like an apartment with private and common space. This lovely space was well decorated, in impeccable shap and the service and support from the owner was wonderful. Highly recommend both the neighborhood and the apartment.

This is the place!

Where do I begin! We are a group of 5 women who travel to Paris annually. This was by far the best apartment we have ever had! The bedrooms were comfortable and the unit is in impeccable condition. We asked the concierge service to purchase some groceries for us in advance of our arrival. Check in was a breeze. Location is perfect! We were able to walk to the 1st within 20 mins and explore Saint Germaine with ease as a result of being so well situated. I can’t wait to book this apartment again! Thank you to the entire PVA team!

What could be better?

Four adults and an early-rising ten-year-old: what could go wrong? Plenty, but nothing did! There was ample room for our grandson to amuse himself in another room until the rest of us rose for the day and for one daughter to work remotely. Loved being where we could walk to museums, parks and for casual meals. Several boulangeries close enough for one person to do the breakfast bread run in the morning. I just can’t think of anything that could have gone better.

Wonderful place to stay

The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. Everything’s was communicated clearly and there was a book provided with helpful information Everything was in working order and it was well equipped. We were an adult family of 6 and plenty of room. Each bedroom is large with closets and en-suite. The air conditioning was much appreciated during the heat wave. The location is very central in the middle of the left bank and close to the Seine. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Fantastic

Our hosts were communicative and accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Beautiful, apartment appointed with modern decor. The apartment is in a great location, centrally located on a quiet street, within walking distance to museums, restaurants, and shopping. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen, although we did not use it much with all the dining options nearby. The apartment felt like home and made our weeklong stay in Paris very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the ONE

If you are reading this review it is because you are trying to sort out the hundreds of places to stay in Paris. Well your search has ended. This apartment is the definition of Parisian perfection. It is truly beautiful. For perhaps the first time ever the photos don’t do the apartment justice. It is bigger than the photos, it is more beautiful and the location is impeccable for exploring all that is Paris. From booking to check in, check out, amenities every single thing was seamless. If I could give more starts I would in an instant. We had 6 adults and everyone raved. There is a great space to share time together but with the separation of rooms you also have your privacy. The kitchen had everything you would ever need or want. Thank you so much for helping to make our dream Paris celebration so successful.

Lovely apartment, great location

This is a lovely property. The bedrooms are big. The kitchen is spacious with lots of room for6 to eat. Easy walk to restaurants and metro.

Fabulous - became home immediately.

Stylish , immaculate and everything three mature American couples could want to make Paris feel like home. The location is hard to beat for access to major attractions simultaneously providing a neighborhood experience in an authentic Parisienne residence. Everything necessary is a short walk with reasonable restaurants in abundance. Our hostess (Fanny) was gracious and responsive providing assistance on par with a five star concierge. Memorable in every respect.

Great Location - Lovely Apartment

Being across from D'Orsay Museum is a perfect location. The local bakery and restaurants are easy to access. The apartment is on 4th floor and there is a 'quaint' elevator that will old 2 adults, or 1 with luggage. Street noise is minimal even with windows open at night. I would stay again.

Lovely apartment in a great Paris location

Lovely large three bedroom, three bath apartment in a great location. Metro and bus stops, grocery store, cafes, bistros, and many great sights within easy walking distance. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There is a small elevator but be prepared to climb stairs to the 4th floor. The apartment manager was very responsive to our needs and concerns. Thank you.
