Hi Ryan, Thanks for the feedback. We apologize that the hot tub was not unlocked upon arrival; we opened it quickly after you notified us. We also reviewed the incident with our hot tub maintenance crew so it doesn’t happen again. About your concerns with the deck, the owner just invested in reinforcing the deck and the foundation last summer. The licensed contractor who managed the project has inspected the deck and did not find any major issues, but tightened the railings by the garage apartment. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the hot tub fee. However, we disagree with the term 'misleading.' It is clearly stated in the property description there is a fee for the hot tub. In addition, we call guests to confirm if they want to use the hot tub or not. We pay a local company to service the hot tub before and after guests' stay to ensure it is safe to use. As for the check-out time of 10 am, it is noted several times in communications we send to guests, as well as in the welcome packet given at check-in. There is also an echo dot in the home that can tell you check-out information. When guests have questions about procedures, we welcome them to call our office or our after-hours number to get clarification. Please let us know where you saw the check-out time of 11 am so we can address it. We have not had this issue in the past with other guests. -Resort Properties of Angel Fire
