Hi Brittany, I hope this message finds you well. On behalf of our entire team, I would like to extend our sincere gratitude for taking the time to share your experience at our property. Your acknowledgment of their efforts is greatly appreciated and serves as a testament to our commitment to guest comfort and satisfaction. It brings us immense joy to learn that you enjoyed your stay overall and that the amenities such as the hot tub added to your relaxation. Thank you for taking the time to write us a wonderful 5-star review, Kathleen! We are really glad that you have enjoyed your stay with us. We did mention in the rental agreement and listing description that RPAF highly recommends using a vehicle with 4WD, AWD, or 2WD with chains/straps since extreme weather conditions can result in difficult driving conditions. We also want you to know you are welcome back anytime here in Resort Properties of Angel Fire!

Hi Ryan, Thanks for the feedback. We apologize that the hot tub was not unlocked upon arrival; we opened it quickly after you notified us. We also reviewed the incident with our hot tub maintenance crew so it doesn’t happen again. About your concerns with the deck, the owner just invested in reinforcing the deck and the foundation last summer. The licensed contractor who managed the project has inspected the deck and did not find any major issues, but tightened the railings by the garage apartment. As far as having access to the garage, the homeowner hears you and is considering allowing access in the near future. Thank you for your consideration! Resort Properties of Angel Fire

Thank you so much for your recent stay at our 5K Cabin property and for taking the time to leave us a glowing 5-star review, Kristina. We truly appreciate your kind words and feedback. It was an absolute pleasure hosting you during your visit. We're thrilled to know that you had a wonderful experience and that our accommodations met your expectations. We wish you all the best in your future travels and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future. - Resort Properties of Angel Fire

We appreciate you bringing these things to our attention, Beth. It will help us point out the things we can do to improve our guest's stay and provide a better quality experience for our guests. We already informed the owner about these things and we'll make sure to take note of them so we know what items needed attention and an upgrade. Also, can you let us know please which bed needs the mattress pads so we will have an idea of what we can improve? We want you to know we are grateful for the opportunity to host you and your family and that we look forward to having you again as one of our guests in the future!

We appreciate your input on your interaction with our property. We regret learning about your unpleasant experience. Rest assured that we've taken note of your suggestions to make sure this issue doesn't happen again. We sincerely regret any trouble we may have caused you and thank you for taking the time to send this helpful review our way. We look forward to your next visit! Please feel free to contact us if you need any further information. - Resort Properties of Angel Fire

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the hot tub fee. However, we disagree with the term 'misleading.' It is clearly stated in the property description there is a fee for the hot tub. In addition, we call guests to confirm if they want to use the hot tub or not. We pay a local company to service the hot tub before and after guests' stay to ensure it is safe to use. As for the check-out time of 10 am, it is noted several times in communications we send to guests, as well as in the welcome packet given at check-in. There is also an echo dot in the home that can tell you check-out information. When guests have questions about procedures, we welcome them to call our office or our after-hours number to get clarification. Please let us know where you saw the check-out time of 11 am so we can address it. We have not had this issue in the past with other guests. -Resort Properties of Angel Fire

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We will pass along your comments about the carpet. The homeowner is considering installing new flooring. There should be cleaning supplies in the home. We will have housekeeping replenish the supplies. -Resort Properties of Angel Fire

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We will have the carpets cleaned; it is a popular rental and sees a lot of activity. Our housekeepers and inspectors should have removed any trash before your arrival. We will address your comments with our staff. As for the mothball smell, some owners use mothballs in their owners' closets; we will bring it to their attention that it is unpleasant for guests. -Resort Properties of Angel Fire

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We're glad you enjoyed your stay. The home owner is in the process of ordering new mattresses for the cabin. We hope to have them in mid summer. -Resort Properties of Angel Fire
