very convenient but small we were not able to sleep due to the noise of the concerts and bars. we had to leave a day early. the front desk was less than helpful. we were sent info from another company about checking in that was not accurate. also if you have mobility issues this is quite a lot of uphill climbs and stairs until you reach the elevator for the unit .

Location great, place was clean, kitchen, well stocked, and parking spot provided. Also beach chairs provided although they need to be replaced and also two coolers provided some things need to be fixed and upgraded for sure. Lighting above the bathroom sink is about as bright as a nightlight. Most plugs and light switches are loose and glitchy. And the beach chairs need to be replaced.

Close to all the shops and restaurants. Easy walking distance. The pool area was great, with a fantastic view. Plenty to see and do !

What a View

Love City Penthouse was a perfect stay for two people. The hostess was great and responded within minutes to our questions. The crew at the front desk were friendly and helpful as well. This was our first time to visit St John, and the location was really convenient to restaurants and other attractions. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view from the covered porch. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Great views, incredible area

Pam’s property is the perfect place to stay and enjoy Cruz bay. Wake up to beautiful views, walk down the steps for access to 5-6 different amazing restaurants/bars. Very close to beaches. Would 100% stay here again!!

Perfect Cruz Bay Getaway

Excellent property for two! The owner is top notch and communicative. The condo is in great shape and well stocked for two people. It is in a perfect location for access to restaurants, shops and boat excursions. This is our second stay in this unit and we just love it!!

Great Location and Condo

We had a great stay at Grande Bay Resort. Our unit had everything we needed, was clean and in close proximity to everything we needed. Get a rental car so you can truly appreciate the beauty of the island.

The Love city, 1bedroom penthouse was amazing. It was clean, decorated very nice and had everything we could ever need for our stay. We were there for two weeks to celebrate our 50th anniversary. To save on expenses, we went grocery shopping and bought things to grill outside on the provided grill. All utensils and dinnerware were also provided. We enjoyed staying in a few nights to eat supper on the amazing large patio overlooking Cruz Bay. We can't say enough about our hosts. They texted to check on us a couple times to see if we needed anything and quickly provided us with a new coffee carafe after I accidentally broke it while washing it, and wouldn't let us pay for it. It was absolutely perfect and we highly recommend staying there!Susan and Dave Paxton

Penthouse getaway

We loved staying at the penthouse. It had everything we needed. It is an easy walk to downtown. The deck is a great place to watch the coming and going of the bay. We will be returning!!!

Great Location

Great location! Room was smaller than anticipated, as there no living room/sitting area. You have the kitchen, bedroom and bath. Outside balcony was nice! Overall, great stay!

Best view in Grande Bay!

This penthouse level condo has an amazing view and the large outdoor area makes it a fabulous place to enjoy coffee or wine or just the fresh air. You can hear the sounds of Cruz Bay (including the roosters!) from the outside, but inside is quiet. Very convenient to walk to town for dinner, or stay in when we wanted. Would definitely stay here again.

We bought this property to continue bringing ourselves, our children, family and friends to the island. We love the USVIs and BVIs....it has always felt like home to us! We cannot say enough about not only the beauty and serenity St. John oozes, but of the FUN that we have. The people are as beautiful as the views, and we rent our property with the motivation to bring you, your family and friends that same love and fun.

These units provide unobstructed views clear from power lines (lower building views can be obstructed by power lines) and panoramic views of both St. Thomas (not visible in the far right units in Grande Bay) and Cruz Bay. Our family loves spending time on the balcony, and we would argue it has one of the best views there is :)
