Nestled high in the upper building, this end unit offers breathtaking views—from pristine offshore islands and sailboats gliding through Pillsbury Sound to stunning sunsets over St. Thomas.



Just a five-minute stroll into charming Cruz Bay, this ideally located condo provides effortless access to restaurants, shops, ferries, and vibrant nightlife—no vehicle needed. For guests with a rental vehicle, a reserved parking spot in the covered garage is included.



Inside, you'll find a spacious, tastefully decorated home-away-from-home featuring designer furnishings, a full kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, and new comfortable furnishings throughout. The bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, private patio, flat-screen TV, and a safe for your valuables. The living area includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, entertainment center, and free Wi-Fi for streaming or browsing.

Great location to Cruz Bay where all restaurants were within walking distance. We had a parking spot that was super convenient for our rental car. All of the amenities were a perfect touch!

The condo is managed by RSLM management and they are amazing. Prompt, friendly and patient with newcomers to the island. The condo itself is third or fourth floor with perfect views. Very close to town (Cruz Bay) so that you can walk to restaurants, stores or shops. The condo is recently renovated and in great shape. Very comfortable all round with touches like coolers, chairs, washing machine/dryer, two types of coffee machines. I highly recommend this unit if it's available !

St John escape was perfect for my husband and I to visit. We loved the convenient location walkable to all restaurants the ferry and shops in town, incredible view, hospitality when arriving by Michelle, and it was clear the unit was well cared for. All kitchen items were in great condition, and we appreciated the beach chairs and garage parking space. We've stayed in a lot of rental properties and this was one of the best. There was even spices, sunscreen, toiletries and beach towels. We plan to return with our child next time. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful inside and out! Perfect place to stay for our honeymoon

This condo at the Grand Bay Resort was a perfect place to stay for our honeymoon! The condo was up to date and clean with a breathtaking view. We could walk to several shops and restaurants downtown. The staff was very helpful in guiding us where to go and what to do since it was our first time visiting the island. Truly a wonderful experience!

we arrived with Michelle greeting us at Ferry. The property and unit were in excellent condition with all the conveniences one could ask for plus. The location is central to Cruz Bay making it super easy to walk everywhere. Love this home away from home!!

St John escape was exactly what my husband & I needed. It was even better than we had hoped for.

The place was clean, location perfect & view was spectacular. Leslie & Peter couldn’t have been more helpful & all of their suggestions on dining & sightseeing were spot on. I don’t go to many places saying I’ll definitely be back but we will definitely be back here! You won’t be disappointed! I miss it already!

Wonderful views and location !

Location, location, location! It is so nice to be able to walk to town and not worry about parking. The views are wonderful and the outdoor deck gets a nice cross breeze most days. Amazing. This home is comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay very much! Reception is accessible and someone is there when you need them.

Absolutely Spectacular!

We loved our stay at this wonderful Grande Bay condo. Not only that the Grande Bay resort has a perfect location in St John but the condo itself has some of the best views in the whole development. The unit is very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. There is no question that we will be back (hopefully very soon). Just like the title indicates, "This Is the One You Are Looking for!"

Convenient, well maintained, great view of Cruz Bay

This property is conveniently located within walking distance of shopping and dining in Cruz Bay. We rented a jeep and parking in the parking garage is included at this property. Very nice to have this available. The property itself is very nice, well kept, and has a wonderful view of Cruz Bay from the balcony. To be honest, we really only used the bedroom, bathroom, fridge, and balcony. There is a nicely equipped kitchen, but we did not take advantage of it during our stay. We will definitely be returning and this is a location we will try to book again next year.

Everything you need!

This condo has everything! It is beautiful, has a spectacular view and every amenity that you could need for your stay. All you need is your clothes and nothing else. Towels, chairs, noodles, every appliance, literally everything has been thought of! I will be back! Absolutely loved the property and the owners were very quick to respond to questions I had prior to arrival. Walking distance to all the local spots in town and a spot in the garage for a vehicle. I could go on and on! We loved our vacation and will be back!
