Our location on 9th St. is next door to Booches, steps from the MU campus, and Shakespeare's. Great Location and Plenty of Room

The place was perfect for 4 couples in town for a concert and some hiking. The host was great and it was close to everything downtown.

Great location

It was a perfect place to crash while visiting downtown Columbia. Right in the heart of 9th street so easy to get to restaurants and shops in the area.

Location was great and apartment had everything we needed.

It was the perfect location and arrangement for our group of ladies enjoying an old MIZZOU friends reunion. Beds were very comfortable and place was very clean.

We had a wonderful stay while attending Fall orientation. Definitely will stay again when in town visiting. Clean, ample linens, great communication and we loved the location.

Great spot downtown.

Very nice spot in a fantastic location downtown. Easy to get to and get around town for food, bars and Mizzou sports. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect Location

Visited Columbia MO for a wedding that was at nearby. We shared the rental with 2 other couples and were able to have our own clean space and was able to walk to everything (food, venue, bars, etc!)

Great stay, perfect for our trip

We came to visit our son at Mizzou. We loved the amenities and appreciated the coffee and snacks that were provided. This space was clean and comfortable, and we were able to walk to all the places we needed to go.

Love this place

We were there for a college tour and stayed for a couple days to explore the town. This place was amazing!! It’s right in the middle of downtown Columbia and we were able to walk everywhere. Very clean!! Just communication was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is really nice. Very comfortable and clean. I wasn’t a fan of the parking space. We’ve had kids living in Columbia for the last 9 years and that convenience store isn’t the safest place. Would recommend parking in the Cherry street garage instead. Overall the unit was perfect though. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed the beautiful rooms that were clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. Lots of nice touches in the rooms. The owner was excellent in his communication, available if needed and provided clear and concise instructions. All of this right downtown and close to restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife. We will be back

Nice place

The place was spacious and owner is very accommodating. The neighborhood is a bit interesting in places but had some great local food fun. The only negative I really have was about the neighbors. They must have been having a party because the noise next to us was a lot and walls must be thin. The owner must know this is a thing because each room had noise machines which did help.

Happy 21st

My husband, son and I stayed at this listing while we were in Columbia to celebrate our youngest son’s 21st birthday. He’s a student at Mizzou. Perfect location, walking distance to all local restaurants, bars, campus. The apartment was impeccably clean with an updated trendy interior design. The rooms were a good size and the each bathroom had a shower with necessary amenities. We enjoyed the snacks left by Cory. A little pick me up is always nice after being in a car for a few hours traveling to CoMo. We were also appreciative of the coffee in the morning. Thank you! We will definitely be back.
