So fun

We had a great time with family the house was large enough for all of us we didn’t think we would use the theater room but the kids really enjoyed it. The location was great.

Not what it seems!

The pictures on Vrbo must be many years old.Property was run down, weeds on patio by pool.Washing machine didn’t work, ran out of water and couldn’t shower on day we were leaving.Driveway was an absolute washed out mess.Pool and view were awesome but overall would not recommend this property!

Perfect!

We stayed at the Sunset Villa the week before Christmas. Our family of seven fit perfectly in the spacious home and especially enjoyed the swimming pool, patio and kayaking in the Chalk Sound. The view from the patio and constant cool breezes made it everyone's favorite spot on the property. The location is perfect for exploring all aspects of the island with a rental car. It is quite close to Sapodilla Bay and a very short drive to virtually every other location including Grace Bay beaches (20 mins). The home is clean and the kitchen is well appointed for preparing your own meals. The home is wonderful and we can highly recommend it, but our host is the real reason that we rate this stay 5 stars (wish we could give 10). Ron greeted us at the car rental counter and escorted us to the house (extremely helpful). He gave us a quick tour and was a fast communicator answering questions or taking care of a minor issue. Mid-way through our stay we were involved in a car accident rendering our rental undrivable. Ron spent his entire day getting us into see a doctor, arranging a new rental vehicle and even helping to reschedule a fishing trip that was interrupted. I don't know how we would have survived that day or week without him. Ron is an angel. When we come back to Turks and Caicos, we will only stay at the Sunset Villa and look forward to seeing Ron again soon!!!

Beautiful view, would stay again!

The view overlooking the sound is absolutely stunning! We loved sitting outside over looking the view with the gas fire pit lit. Outside has plenty of seating and shade but bring bug spray because the mosquitos were out. The house has a spacious kitchen as well as a big dining room table. They even gave us starter pods of coffee and sugar. The living room has a couch and love seat but wish it had more couch seating. The movie room was spacious but it was hard to watch a movie because the picture was distorted. The house had two full bathrooms and a half bath inside plus a bathroom and laundry room by the pool. The washer was a little finicky and did not always drain properly but as long as you rebalanced the load you could get the water to drain. No issues with the dryer. The pool was a good size and nice to have available. The house provided pool towels, a couple beach chairs, a cooler, and snorkeling equipment which was great! Each of the bedrooms had a tv. The master bathroom is huge with a nice shower and lots of counter space. The shower did have a shampoo/conditioner and body soap. The master bedroom was huge with a giant closet and a comfy king size bed. The road getting up to the house has seen better days but it’s doable to get up it. The host is very responsive and helpful! He dropped off jumper cables when our car battery was dead. He promptly got propane when the grill ran out and got us sheets for the roll away bed. Great location to Taylor bay and Sapodilla!

The Time of Our Life J&L Morgan Honeymooners

This place is beautiful, l would recommend, for family reunion, marriage, vacation, or just to get away. I couldn't find any complaints. What you think of having your own personal chef and chauffeur cooper bay settlement has that and more. Beautiful bedrooms, & bath gameroom, beautiful kitchen & dining area, Beautiful pool access to own laundry room. What more can l say go today and experience life. The manager is very generous, and makes you feel right at home, away from home. If you've never been there please please make time to visit you will never want to leave.
