Our group of 14 had a wonderful time at Sunset Point Villa. The views were even better in person. We encountered a few minor issues during the first two days of our stay, but they were quickly resolved. There are several noteworthy aspects of the villa.
The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, dishes, pots, pans, platters, and large plastic containers for leftovers. The owner had thought of everything. When one of the large pots leaked, a replacement was promptly provided. The villa was also supplied with enough toilet paper for the entire week. We visited in early August, and the weather was quite hot. The owner provided us with a $200 allowance for air conditioning. Initially, we tried to go without it the first day, but eventually turned it on when we were indoors. There were three AC units in the central area, two in the living room and one in the kitchen, as well as one unit in each bedroom. We recommend bringing plenty of mosquito repellent, Benadryl itch cream, Cortizone, and Skin So Soft. Despite the breezy weather, we were bitten by mosquitoes quite a bit during the first few days. We're unsure if this is a common issue in August or not. When the tide is low, Taylor Bay can be reached by walking from the dock. Additionally, the bay is only a two-minute walk away from the street. We were able to order Jet Skis and Paddle Boards, and they were delivered directly to the villa. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Sunset Point Villa and would definitely recommend it
